ASpecsure Property InspectionsJerry inspected our new home for us and was referred by our realtor. Right from the get go we knew this was going to be a good experience, once we set up a time with the seller we received a confirmation email as well as texts (with our permission) on what the next steps were, how many people could be at the inspection (covid) and what to expect, there was even a picture of the inspector in the email so we knew who to look for when arriving at the house. throughout the inspection Jerry explained what he was looking at and let us know multiple ways we could fix them and a ballpark of how much it would cost us or reasons why something looked good. he made us feel very comfortable in our first home buying inspection and we cannot thank him enough!- Alyssa R.

ASpecsure Property InspectionsAs usual, the scheduling and follow up on line was outstanding. The inspector was prompt and respectful of society's current social distancing and exposure concerns. He took all the necessary recommended precautions, while still doing as thorough an inspection as we know we can expect from Specsure. I've recommended, and personally used, this company many times over the past two decades, but this is my first on line review for them. The only reason for the "B" rating under "price" is that they are not the cheapest home inspection option in town; but if you believe that quality is worth paying for, you should consider using them in the future.- Elizabeth W.

He is great at explaining things and what is expected for an older home (he also discussed possible solutions to some of the items that came up on our inspection). AI had a gutter that was leaking due to a problem with my roof (not extended far enough over the gutter). I called Tri-Town because I have used them in the past for various projects - they came out and repaired it quickly and for a very reasonable fee. No more leaking - yay!!
