  • Words can barely say how impressed I am at the level and quality of service provided by Buffalo Power Washing! John knocked it out of the park on my new rental property that hadn't been washed/cleaned in years! The house has yellow siding which you can imagine looks pretty dirty rather quickly! It ha green moss growing on some areas. The gutters were terrible and you could see had been neglected by the previous owner. With the job that Buffalo Power Washing did for me, I feel at ease knowing that my new rental is no longer the eye sore of the street! I'm in the service business too and I can't thank the team enough for their job well done!

  • At our initial contact, the company representative clearly described the scope of work to be done and answered all our questions. Pricing (after discount) was higher than we had expected, but fair considering the extent of the job and the future benefit to us (no more annual gutter cleaning). Work was scheduled for 3 days later. Two workers completed the job in one full day. All work debris was cleaned up. Representatives were punctual, courteous, and professional. We would highly recommend them.

I was late to the game in scheduling gutter cleaning. Patricia assured me that you would be here a soon as the schedule and the weather permitted. On 12/27/16 Jim & Brandon appeared and did a beautiful job of cleaning out all of the debris, clearing the downspouts and placing everything in my garbage tote per my request. Seeing you bill, I noticed you did light bulb replacement in high places. I scheduled a service call and Jim & Brandon were again here this morning to do very high indoor bulbs and outdoor spotlights. Again they equaled and exceeded my expectations with their courtesy, helpfulness and efficient & thorough completion of the job. They are truly a very fine representation of your firm. My congratulations on the high quality, which I’m sure reflects your leadership and high ethical standards. It is a pleasure working with your company and I look forward to using your services in the future. Very truly yours,

  • excellent response and service. i have a lot of trees and needed to have the gutters cleaned before winter. I had called several other companies who had stopped gutter cleaning for the season because of the cold weather. i called mark the day after Christmas and he came two days later during a (slightly) warmer spell. his price was very reasonable and he was very professional. i 50will definitely call him again!

  • I rate the quality of the job performed as "B" since I (like most homeowners) cannot inspect the work done and hope that gutters and downspouts work well in the next rain, melting snow, etc. I sincerely hope that the quality of their work is BETTER than the cleanup. There was NO cleanup. I can very much relate to the other reviewer who stated that a 30-lb bag of debris was left on his property. In my case, however, it was NOT bagged, and it was easily OVER 30 lbs! I had to walk around the entire house and bag it myself the following day. My gutters were full and needed a good cleanout - - as Tim, the very cordial and professional estimator was aware when he visited - - and the amount of debris left behind was considerable. PILES of clumped leaves, mud, and grunge were dropped IN and around my front shrubs extending the entire length of the house. Railroad ties along another side of the house were not even visible, being totally covered by chunks of gunk and mud-caked leaves. I literally filled a paper lawn bag TO THE TOP, tamped down with the heavy weight of wet leaves, mud and debris. It was more than 30 lbs, that's for sure! In hindsight, I should have used two lawn bags and filled each half full to make them more manageable - - both for me and the bags! There was mud and gunk splattered over portions of the siding, clumps left on top of my (thankfully winter-covered) AC unit, and even black muck smeared on my kitchen window. Perhaps the extent of the mess left behind was attributable to the fact that Jim & Brandon arrived at 4:20 pm when it was nearly dark and left at 4:50, when it was virtually dark. I would hope maybe they would have cleaned up - - or at least tried to bag some of the debris - - if they could have actually seen what they were doing. As far as punctuality, in my case, both my request for an estimate and actual date of work, "slipped through the cracks." When I had not heard from them for more than a week following my initial contact for an estimate, I called and was told that I had indeed slipped through the cracks, but that Tim would try to make it out that afternoon, which he did. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional, even giving me advice about my (improperly installed) storm windows. I thereafter received a call letting me know the work would be performed within the next two weeks. After three weeks had passed, and snowfall was forecast for the following day, I called to again make sure I hadn't fallen through the cracks. I spoke with Richard, also cordial, who said that I had been on the schedule for the previous day, but - - ironically - - "the guys ran out of light." As they had, in my opinion, when they ARRIVED at nearly 4:30 later that same day. In addition, the actual cost of the job on the invoice ($145) was 20% over the estimate ($120). SO, my experience: I am just glad to have the job done. If the muddy hand prints, muck and glop left behind are any indication, I assume it was done thoroughly. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and professional, and they did respond - - after I followed up with phone calls on two occasions. My best advice would be to INSIST that work be performed IN THE DAYLIGHT and to speak IN DETAIL about the cleanup, especially if you are not able to clean up all the debris AND dispose of it yourself. My "Yes" for Would I hire them again is with the Strong Caveat that I would follow both my own suggestions above the next time around! I think Richard and his staff/crews probably WANT to do a good job, but fell short in my case.

  • Quote done via Google Maps satellite view. They came out within a few days after I accepted the quote. Workers were on time, did they job quickly and effectively, and cleaned up pretty well. After they were done, we walked around and talked about the issues they saw during the cleaning, and their recommended repairs.

  • I initially purchased this service through the Deal of the Day, $99 gutter cleaning.  I included an email with my purchase asking that I be contacted before being placed on the schedule because I had some questions.  My main question was going to be regarding gutter covers.  I received an email reply stating that they were going to start scheduling as soon as the weather allowed and would I please confirm my address so I can be placed on the schedule.
    I confirmed my address and once again asked that I be contacted "before being put on the schedule".  I never heard back from anyone and a couple of weeks later my elderly mother was staying at my house for a couple of days.  My nephew stopped in to check on her while I was at work and he called to tell me "Grandma is nervous, she's watching the roofers".  Roofers?  I didn't hire any roofers, I asked my nephew to please go out and ask them what they are doing on my roof!!  It took me a minute to realize that they must have been the gutter cleaners.
    So I never got a return phone call before scheduling, I never got to ask my question about my gutter covers, which incidentally were not all replaced in a satisfactory manner, my mother was startled by their presence AND there were 3 BIG muddy hand prints left behind right on the siding on the front of my house!
    I spent Saturday afternoon on a ladder (which I hate doing), cleaning up after them.
    I haven't bothered calling them to complain, I figured that's what these reviews are for.  My spouse and I feel very put out that we never even had an opportunity to speak to a human being from this company before having them come to our house, unannounced, and perform this service on our property.
