    I was very pleased with all aspects of the office visit.  I was given a friendly appt. reminder call by a real person. (not automated)
    The office staff was professional , as well as warm and friendly.  Unlike  large offices, I was given personal attention and made to feel like a valued patient.  The waiting room is small but clean and welcoming.  It has a small beautiful aquarium to enjoy.  The Best part is I was not kept waiting.  The office visit was right on time!  No long waiting in the reception area or exam room!
    Dr Denardin  was friendly and professional.  I felt as though she took personal interest in treating me and the other patients as individuals.  She took her time with me and encouraged me to express concerns and ask questions.

    Billing and Administration was professional and organized.

    I would certainly recommend  this medical practice to others.( especially those interested in a small practice with individual attention and  appointments taken on time.)  And I look forward to using this provider in the future.

    No matter what appointment time you book and even with calling ahead to see how far behind they are with their schedule. you will still sit there for over an hour and a half.  Not sure if he has too many patients but we have been with him for over 20 years and nothing has changed.  Will finally start looking for a better alternative.

    Appointments are given in a manner consistent with my needs. Paperwork is efficiently processed. The facility is pristeen. And above all their medical treatments have provided relief. I am personally grateful to each of the physicians and staff none of whom I have any other type of relationship with.

    I think he is excellent. He takes the time to listen to whatever your question is about or any concerns. He is not rushing out of the office leaving you hanging. Sometimes, it does not seem like they spend enough time with you. That is the thing I like about him. I have been going to him for over ten years. I believe he is still taking patients, but I have not seen a sign. If you are one of his patients, availability is there. I have gone to him at least twice over the last couple of years where I wanted to see somebody else because I was not feeling well and he was able to see me the same day. He has a brand new office. It has been all redone over the last couple of years. His nurses are fine too. They are easy to get along with and do a good job prepping you before the doctor sees you like weight and blood pressure. I could not recommend anybody higher than him that I have gone through the last few years. I have gone neurologists and a couple of doctors and Dr. Cortes is above those guys. I think he is very busy. His punctuality is usually not on the money. If I have 2 o'clock appointment, I am usually in there within the half-hour. I never had a problem with his billing and administration. I am using him now and I have another appointment next month.

    I certainly never had a problem getting an appointment. I feel very comfortable in talking to the staff and that's the questions on that would be answered in an understandable language. The staff is very professional. Dr. Wen is my doctor and what I like about her is his professional manner. She is certainly able to answer questions and I feel comfortable in asking her any questions and she replies in an understandable vocabulary. I only wait for 10 minutes before I can see her. Their billing and administration is always prompt.

    Great doctor....Dr.Andre Lopez....listens attentively, thinks on own...doesn't just rely on computer, nice bedside manner, sense of humor when appropriate...humor puts me at ease and he recognizes that!

    i would use the practice if i could switch provider...yes!

    They treat me very nice. Everything is correct. They spend their time with me. I've been there a year and a half. I call up and they pick me right away. They were very nice and friendly. It's lovely. They have fish tanks and TV's and sometimes more chairs when you need. I love the parking.

    My last appointment was last fall of 2010. They were fine and great. It is a big practice so far. He did not work on anything not right or bad. Their place was full of Asians. They were prompt with their appointment as well and convenient. They were good.

    The adjustment went well. But I called and questioned the bill because they charge me approx $112 for the office visit and an additional $35 for the adjustment ??? I had no other issues.
    About 2 weeks later my husband and I received letters from Primary Care stating that they will no longer be our service providers.......all because I questioned a bill. And I never said that I wouldn't pay it.
