Dropped my goldendoodles at 9:30am. I explained that I was moving from out of town and wanted to find a new groomer. Spoke with the owner, Lyle and the groomer, Donna. The first time I brought him, I needed him back by 1 pm and did get him back by then. Today, however, I dropped him off at 8:30 and they didn't call me to pick him up until 4:15! I was pretty upset.
