    A small dent was left on the left rear fender of my 2014 Tesla Model S while shopping at Aldi. Car was seen on Monday, damage was judged repairable so shop could undertake the job since no parts would need to be obtained. Tesla only sells parts to certified shops (none in WNY). Car was brought in on Tuesday and left for the repair. Later that morning the shop called and expressed reservations in regards to doing the job due to concerns that removing certain components would require a reprograming of the car's computer which they could not do. I assured the manager that there should be no issue and if there was any residual warning lights I would be in for routine service early the next month. The work proceeded without further concerns. I was called at 8:30 AM Friday and told the car was ready for pickup. The repair appears perfect. Paint match is excellent. The car was showroom clean and detailed. Very pleased with their work and professionalism.

    The work was great. The car was ready when they said it would be. The Carubba Staff took care of everything even mailing the insurance completion form for me. I had driver side door damage. If you look at the picture you would never know I was in an accident.

    BE AWARE... Went for an Inspection to WEST HERR, Williamsville recently. There was nothing wrong with my vehicle, and after TWO HOURS of waiting (I have never waited more than 20 minutes) they told me that one of my wiper blades had to be replaced. I asked the reason to replace them and that I wanted to see them and show me what was wrong. They lifted the right side blade, about 1/8 of an inch was dis-attached. I knew it they have damaged it, because I have just changed both recently. I told them, ok. replace only the "damaged" one. There should be nothing wrong with the other one, or is it? I asked. They said to me "We prefer to replaced both." I said I don't think so. You can rip me off with one, but not both. I said to them there is no way this blades could be damaged, because I recently changed them. After I paid the bill of $47.65 I asked for the blade. They said its already in your vehicle. As soon as I got in my vehicle, I checked the blade, and it was ripped both sides. The side they didn't showed me it was twice as big than the side they said it was damaged. I left pretty upset because WEST HERR, Williamsville are horrible. They always find the way to tell you there is something wrong with your vehicle so they can rip-you-off. Please RUN!!!!!!!! RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!!!!!!!!!! My review for WEST HERR is MINUS ZERO.

    I went there a lot of time. The main reason was I bought the car there and had the annual services. I went there many years but there’s a gap. I bought the car, I believe it was in 2007, and I went there for the annual service for over a year and then I skipped a few years, but then there was a recall on the vehicle so I went back again. I bought the vehicle, not from West Herr, but from another Toyota dealer, but they’re a little too far from where I live, so I come to get my service from a different Toyota dealer. I went there for 3 or 4 years in a row and then I quit because their price is a lot higher so I go someplace else for New York inspections and oil changes and stuff like that. Their workshop is very neat and clean. Their personnel is very courteous. When you make an appointment to drop off the car, they get all the stuff ready for you. They have excellent secretaries and where ever you need to go they drive you over there. When your vehicle is ready, they pick you us.

    Excellent work. My car looks new again. Took longer than originally planned, but they kept me informed with the progress and expected completion time. The staff are very friendly and easy to work with.

    I have a disability which I disclosed to the salesman and business owner and the stress of being taken advantage of has had far reaching negative affects on my life. Would absolutely NEVER do business there again and tell anyone to steer clear of them.

    While I was annoyed because of the time and inconvenience involved to have the damage caused by another driver, I was very impressed by the courteous, professional service displayed by everyone at this shop. They made it easy, flawless, and efficient throughout the entire process. The damage was repaired in a timely fashion (under two days) and the result was perfect. My car was spotless when I picked it up...cleaned inside and out! While I hope I never have to endure car damage again, but if I did, this would be the place to go!

    Perfect as always. These guys are awesome. Was a hose leaking some fuel vapors. They replaced the hose at N/C, simple quick in and out.....Have used these guys for a couple years and never worry about being oversold or overcharged.

    I bought my car there, so the oil change was free.  They're not as good as they used to be, that's for sure.  I've told them before.  My husband and I have discussed it; I think we're done buying our cars there, and we've been buying our cars there for over ten years.  A couple of people have left in the company and it's changed a lot since that.  We will use them again for our oil changes, yes, but to buy another car, no.

    The price was good, but it was the salesman's first day. He didn't know much about Toyota's.  I went back a week later because I realized that I forgot my toll pass. That sales guys was no longer there and they insisted they didn't have my pass even though someone had used it. 

    The sales manager and I didn't see eye to eye. I have since been changed to a new one.
