    CARIBBEAN POOLS & SPAS
I would recommend Caribbean to anyone. One of the owners Nick or Dean were always onsite. Nick was extremely responsive to any question or concerns and even on the weekends. Installing a pool was more stressful then I originally thought but they walked us through every step of the process. All their employees were professional and extremely nice. I can't wait to spend the summer in our pool! Thanks Caribbean!

    Larry's Landscaping
Portions of lawn had to be reseeded due to grubs. Turned out to be more work than anticipated and they were here most of day with extra trips for top soil and seed. Great job. Will definitely have Larry back for some much needed landscaping next year!

    Alpha Tree Service
Gary and his crew took on a mammoth job of cutting back a massive willow tree. He did so without ruining anything on our property or our neighbor's. They advertise that tight spaces are their specialty, and I agree! The work and clean-up were done in 6 hours. His price was more than reasonable and I would not hesitate to recommend this service. I am now not concerned that the big willow would destroy two houses if it fell in a storm.

    On A Limb Tree Care
This was the third time I used this company. First time was perfect. Second time (2017) there were several delays, until late fall. He assured me that he'd be able to identify dead limbs with leaves gone, and I OK'd it and paid him. Third time (2018) was to prune/shape a tree that was damaged by heavy snowstorm. It took him months and numerous reschedulings before an employee came. Disappointed in the quality of the work this time. And now that there are leaves on all trees, many branches that were dead in 2017 and should have been removed then are evident, and falling on our lawn and patio. Dangerous.

    Henry Montgomery Tree Service
Henry has a keen eye for what amount of branch removal will improve property, offer more light and air flow without sacrificing natural beauty of foliage around house. Much care was taken not to disturb possible bird nesting.

    Lawn Dawg - Albany
They are fabulous. I think their price is fair. I suppose you could always find better but I think you are gonna pay for what you get. They really are outstanding, fantastic. I used to have another service company and they were just no comparison.
They are already lined up for next year. They are professional, responsive, and quality of work. They usually tell me when they are coming. If it is not convenient, they change it right away and their turn around time is maybe a week if I have to change it. It's not like they disappear and I don't see them again. I am telling you they are outstanding. Really. I keep going back to them because of their customer service. They really are very thorough and they go out of their way to make sure the customer is satisfied and comfortable with the service and the process and everything. They are very very very professional and intelligent. It is a intelligently professional run company.

    HARMONY TREE SERVICE
We've hired Trevor Stanton/Harmony Tree Service twice now. Trevor and his three man ground crew (Kenny, Devin and Nick) did an excellent job of limbing out the lower 60 feet or so, and Trevor even reattached a loose critter screen at the top of the chimney while the bucket truck was there the first day. The crane work had to be done the next day due to a mechanical breakdown. The tree was taken down piecewise in an hour, the trunk sections were loaded and hauled off in the next hour, and the ground crew cleaned up the debris, blew off the lawn and driveway, raked everything, and the entire second day of the job was done in four hours. The crew was careful, wore appropriate safety equipment, and worked hard through the entire project.

    All American Tree Service Inc
We cut down several tress on our own, but there were several that were too close to the house for us to risk it.  Jason quickly returned call, provided free estimate and was truly professional.  I asked their opinion on all the trees on our property and I would  have removed many more if a professional told me they were dangerous.  Jason carefully evaluated our tress and only selected those that were a danger to our home for removal, allowing us to save money and trees.  We had them back a second time after we decided to remove a few more.  Professional, honest and safe.  These guys are great!

    Lowwcost Privacy Trees
An acquaintance who knew we were looking for privacy trees pointed me an ad in her local paper advertising Low Cost privacy trees.  I checked out the website, talked to the folks, and decided to move forward with ordering 35 6' Arborvitaes.  (I was sold on the idea that the trees were grown up here in the Northeast and were "hearty," as opposed to many others that are grown in Southern climates).  The trees were $59 each including delivery and installation, but we'd have to pay in cash on the day they were delivered. They said we would need to provide 1 bag of topsoil for every two trees so they could plant them, which we did.  Scheduling was a little iffy- they weren't super-responsive at first, then when they made an appointment they subsequently moved it up two times, so we had to rearrange our schedules a few times.
Shane is the owner and is very pleasant, so we thought we were in good hands.  He brought 2 or 3 guys with him to do the planting, which they did very quickly.  The "staggered" line they were supposed to do came out a little crooked and the trees were not all perfectly straight up, but we gave them the benefit of the doubt.  Until the trees started dying the very next day.  Many of them turned brown almost instantly.  I believe it is some sort of shock due to poor planting methods. We watered them exactly per his instructions, and still they continued to wither.  I called and emailed Shane.  He did initially respond asking me to send pictures, which I did- but then never responded again.  We have tried to get in touch with them many times by phone and email to ask about what they can do to stand by their product, or at least advise on the care of this $2000 investment, but they have ignored us.  Their website says there is "no guarantee" because trees are living things and must be cared for.  I understand that to a certain extent, but when the trees start dying immediately after having been planted, there really should be more service from the company who installed them.  I would NOT RECOMMEND using Low Cost Tree Farm!  I feel completely ripped off and should have known better than to pay cash for this service.

    Larry's Landscaping
Larry and Patty came to give an estimate when they said they would. They gave us a reasonable price for the amount of work involved. Came back to do the job at the promised date. They did a great job and everything looked better than expected. Very detail  oriented, very nice edging done. Very professional. Because we needed to take pictures, they did  not seed the grass the first time, but came back couple of weeks later to do the seeding as promised. Would definitively use them again and recommend them.
