ANSA CleaningRoni, the owner of NSA is a very nice person and eager to please. He is prompt arriving early sometimes but never late. He works closely with me to make sure that everything is done according to my wishes. It takes a pro active role in letting me know if there’s anything else wrong in the house. ALimpi-OH NY LLCEddie was extremely communicative and a great person to work with. I asked them to clean my parents home after they both had COVID and were deemed non-infectious. They sent 3 cleaning people to come, clean, disinfect and ensure everything was tidy. They did a fantastic job and did a thorough cleaning and disinfecting in just 2 hours. I also felt the pricing was reasonable and was able to work with Eddie on a price, timing, schedule, and execution very quickly and without hassle at all. Overall a fantastic experience. FI initially, was reluctant to use this service, because they had zero reviews.....but took a chance and decided to give them a try. I received the pre-service e-mail confirmation along with a 2nd notification, on the day of the project. Unfortunately, my pro never showed up. I did not receive a call or an e-mail as you might expect to advise of a change along with an apology, for wasting my time. I had to reach out to this company to advise that my pro was an hr late and was wanting to cancel. I reached out a 2nd time to officially cancel at the 2 hr mark, as it was too late to start such a big project. Jeff in customer service was very helpful in getting the process of my refund started, and offered an apology. I will not use them again they are unreliable.

FHorrible. There was no “Deep Cleaning” done, which her scheduler advised she would provide. Small kitchen carpet had remained on the kitchen floor-it was vacuumed, but the floor under the carpet wasn’t cleaned. Mild surface cleaning was provided, in some areas, not all. Would SO not recommend this service. When the customer has to reclean after paying for cleaning services, that’s an issue.

AI have signed up for regular service biweekly. Their price is a little more than our last Cleaning service but you get what you pay for. Service was excellent and had no problem getting ahold of them. Worth the money. Best thing is they bring all cleaning supplies with them so there is no fuss over not having something. Highly recommend.
