    Perfect Exteriors
It is obvious that efficiency, quality, and rapport are important to the Perfect Exteriors family. Every person we came into contact with, whether directly from the company or a company contracted from outside, was respectful and dedicated to delivering the highest quality materials and service. The owner, Ed, took the time to drive an hour and a half to meet with us and answer any questions we had about the process before we committed. After receiving quotes from different companies, Perfect Exteriors had the best pricing. But it wasn’t only the pricing that made us choose Perfect Exteriors, it was the knowledge, experience and respect that they showed right from the beginning. Ed kept in touch throughout the entire project, proving his care and dedication to his customers. While the work was being done, Milton and his crew were absolutely amazing!! They were consistently prompt every morning and worked hard all throughout the day. They left their workspace clean at the end of every shift, which was important since we have a puppy and 2 young children running around. Throughout their entire time here, they, too, were courteous, kind hearted, and respectful. The true star of the show is the project manager, Steve. He is a man of many talents who repeatedly saved the day! When something unexpected would come up and seemed overwhelming, he was able to quickly assess the problem and deliver a solution that worked! He takes action and gets the job done, all while being respectful and kind (but firm!). I am so happy that Steve was part of this process! Overall, I can not recommend this company enough!! We will definitely be using Perfect Exteriors again for any future projects! Thank you, team!

    518 screen repair
It didn't go because he priced us wrong, then he never got back to us. We waited 2 days for his phone call. I did call him, he said he would call me back! I feel that if he didn't want to do the job, he should of said so. How he acted was totally unprofessional.

It was a small job. Nonetheless they arrived on time, quoted the job, and quickly performed the repair in a professional manner. I would definitely use them again.

They are really good. They really do a good job and they are not terribly expensive. They are a little bit less than Adirondack Glass; that is why I started going over there.

Emergency service call to pump the septic tank assuming the bakup into the house was caused by a full tank. It had been 7+ years since last pumped. Opened the tank for pumping but the contractor wanted to verify it was flowing properly. Flush test failed so dug back the line to fix an orangeburg pipe that was crushed causing the blockage. Glad he thought to check. Based on the old metal tank and clogged lines we decided to replace the septic tank. The tank install was quick and the contractors proper equipment and experience was evident since the job looked simple which is a mark of a professional. Now the post lawn repair work looms ahead but no way to escape that disaster when digging a hole for a 1500 gallon system. Thank goodness for Greenerworld of Cooperstown, NY who came in with top soild nad hte right equipment leaving a new lawn seded and level. All in all the price was good and the work top notch.

    Randy Garvey(American Improvements LLC)
Randy Garvey did not provide materials as promised.  He left and did not come back despite repeated attempts.  He was finally terminated by us and we took him to small claims court and he did not show.  We won the $750 plus court fees.  He still has not paid us.  We have been advised by another party that he did the same to them.  (Details Below) I have exhausted just about all avenues to regain my advance to this unscrupulous individual.  I contacted him in good faith to redo my screen house attached to my garage around the first of May.  He came and reviewed the job on 5/20 and cashed my check on 5/21.  He was going to buy the materials for the job and drop them off on or before starting the job. He stated that he might start work on Thursday (5-24)  but no later than Monday (5-28)  He promised us the job done by 6/1 which was the date we had been requesting since the first of May.  Well, he did not arrive until Tuesday 5/29.  He had no materials with him- just a hammer in his hand.  When I asked where the materials were that I paid for and said I would like them there before he tore the screen house apart.  He left and returned with 1 gallon of paint, 1 roll of screen, 1 pkg. of staples, and four planks which amounted to about  $75.  I expected him to begin work but he left and never returned.  On June 1, we terminated him and asked for our money back less the materials he left. We returned in good faith his two ladders and two old planks left at our home when he came with the estimate.  We then took him to small claims court and won a judgement of $781 which included the court cost.  (He did not show at small claims and we won by default.  He has not responded with any form of communications via Ogdensburg Police Department, Certified Mail, or Lawyer correspondence.  Calls to him go unanswered as he has caller ID. I have since saw him working at another residence.  I contacted this home owner and he said Randy Garvey was being paid by him by the week for work performed.  He stated that Randy Garvey was not working enough hours and he was overpaid. He informed Randy Garvey that he was going to withhold payment until he caught up on the money paid for the work.  Randy Garvey packed up and walked off the site and this home owner is going to take him to court. Warning to all be careful when dealing with Randy Garvey.  We will not hire him nor recommend him for any services.  Thank you.

    Delta Construction Specialist
Started off strong but fell apart quickly. Quality of work was very poor. Wouldn't take ownership of error he made. Didn't pay subcontractors & kept the money paid for the subcontractor work. Walked away from the incomplete job two months after the supposed completion date. Spent $15K+ to fix the errors and complete job

He was hired on June 6th. His estimated time to complete the job was approximately three weeks. He said he would be working with a crew of 2-3 people M-F 8-4. After six weeks, he came alone approximately 5 random times. He was very difficult to reach by phone or email and did not return calls promptly. He tore up the walkway, incorrectly power washed parts of the house (damaging the wood), and left an enormous mess! He abandoned the job and kept my money. He did not complete any part of the job that he was contracted to do. Do NOT Hire this man!!
