This is my 5th time seeking help from Columbia Physical Therapy (after various injuries/surgeries). The reason I have returned so often is because the care and professionalism is superb! The care that is offered is focused and appropriate for my issues. I love this place! A special shout-out for Lydia!!

    Massage Therapy By Arthur Todd
Arthur Todd healed all of the areas of my body that needed it. He even found places I didn't know were in pain till he started working on them. by the time he was finished I felt like a new man, able to stand straighter than I had in years. pain free. truly a miracle worker!

    John Alexander MD
He performed two trigger point injections in my upper lumbar to treat the area with the majority of pain. These shots really made a huge improvement on my pain level, but did not completely alleviate the problem. So, he then gave me an epidural steroid injection in my L4 L5 region, where he believed the problem to be stemming from. It is too soon to see if this will have any long term benefits, but I'm optimistic because of how well the first round went.

    Total Care & Rehabilitation Medicine
The doctor gave me shots in my back over the course of many weeks. The shots didn't help enough so he referred me to another doctor for different treatment. He was honest and pleasant.

    Donovan Holder MD
I had three visits with varying amount of success. On my last visit there was a MD error and a large neumocephalis occurred. He old me I would have a slight headache however he could fix the problem. Immediately the pain in my head was unbearable. I vomited. I was writhing with pain. I was immediately taken to another room. Without benefit of imaging or other equipment, Dr. Holder tried twice unsuccessfully to draw 15ml of blood. He twice injected insufficient blood into my spinal cord. I believe my blood pressure was dropping. The pain in my head and back we're excruciating. I continued to vomit. I was then left in this room with someone. Dr. Holder left to see his next patient. My husband was brought into the room with me. Because of my distress I cannot honestly say how much later an ambulance was summoned. I remember waking up at Clifton Springs Hospital. I was in and out of consciousness. I remember gasping for air. My husband and daughter were with me in the trauma room at strong. Specifics about the happenings there were later told to me by my family. The oxygen tank became empty which explains why I was gasping for air. My daughter was the person who noticed that and secured help. My husband later told me he was asking personnel if I was dying. I don't know when I became completely conscious. When I did I was lying flat in bed. I could not have my head raised for several days. The vertigo and nausea were constant. My stay at Strong was 15 days. I was in the Neuro-Surgery unit. I received excellent care. I was unable to sleep as the lady with whom I shared a room had 24 hour a day aids. These aids were, in my judgement, highly unprofessional. They were on their cell phones constantly having loud conversations. The TV was on day and night. Overnight there were infomercials for vacuum cleaners, juicers, blenders, etc.. One night about 2:00am I finally had to complain. On TV was a blender churning away with chunks of concrete. I had to get out of that room. At that time I had constant head pain, vertigo, and nausea. The RN who responded to my call bell was rude. She told me that the aids were well within their rights. They were from a private agency and there were no restrictions on their behavior. Those days and nights were torture. I continue to have bouts of dizziness and vertigo. I fall frequently. My knees hurt from falls. My memory and abilities are diminished.

    Gosy Associates Pain Treatment Center
After agreeing too a "trigger point therapy" that was suppose to last upto 6 weeks, Dr. Gosy decided I didn't need any pain medication anymore! He wrote prescription after prescription, then all of a sudden stopped! Didn't give me any reason other then I shouldn't be in that much pain!  After being talked too like I was an idiot by there "Nurse" at the office, I decided too seek out another doctor! This guy has no idea what it is too live with daily pain!
