    The technician that I dealt with gave me a great deal on a better computer EXACTLY how I wanted, it was special ordered for what i wanted and needed along with what i use the computer for. Excellent price, better than I had found previously and without the customization's. Very knowledgeable and helpful will definitely use again!!!!!!! Thank you so much for a pleasant transaction. Plus the fact i could use credit card was a relief!!

    It was a pleasure from start to finish.  The technicians were both knowledgeable, courteous, professional and friendly.  ONe detail I was impressed with is they put shoe covers over their shoes so as not to track in the house.  There was nothing to clean up after they finished.  They were patient with questions and answered all questions.  Most important I felt the two technicians were sincere about doing a good job.  Very satisfied!.

    They have excellent service. The salesman took his time with me, answered all my questions and explained about the service package. If you have a problem you can call a national 800 number and they will help you with your problem. I have not had to use that service.

    Well, I called Tuesday 3/25 to setup a time to get my computer looked at to due to annoying popups on my pc. They got me setup the next morning. Michael showed up about 10 minutes early and got straight to work looking at my PC. He told me that I had several viruses and ad-ware. He said he could get them off in about 24 hours. He said they had a flat rate of $60. After some paperwork, He packed it up to take to his shop. While heading out the door, I ask what other services that they offerd. He told me everything from repairs to business networking and tutoring. We talked about eBay training . He told me that He could help with that. In about 2-3 hours, I got a call from Michael saying my laptop was finished and he can bring it over anytime. He brought it over. I asked if he could help me with setting up an ebay. He spent the next 3 hours setting up an ebay account, paypal account and getting everything working. We also setup the selling account and He showed my how to list items. He helped me take pictures and list 10 items. He then called eBay on my behalf to lift the selling limit and get me going. Now I can do the basics of ebay selling. He told me if I ever need help to just give him a call. Sidney Tech Support provided me me with an excellent expirience and having friendly and knowledgable staff made me extremely happy.

    I chose them over other computer companies because I have had fairly good luck with Dell computers in the past. Their customer service is pretty good. I am not totally happy with the customer service, but the technical service is good. I just bought a new desktop computer about two months ago. So, I do not have to pay right now for technical service because it was included in my package.

    I’ve bought three computers from them, and their hard drives always seem to not work. Whenever I call them for support, I cannot understand the person trying to assist me over the phone. Some of them do not know what they are doing, and it seems like I only talk to their new hires. I start shaking when I think I have to call them, they drive me nuts. Eventually I must have touched a nerve because someone from Texas called me, and told me to call them in the future. It was the end result of a very bad situation, I do not know if that will rectify their lack of service. Too little too late. I bought a printer from them, and it came with the ink splattering all over the place and I couldn’t get them to understand the situation.

    I went to JJ Stocker to have Windows 7 installed in a computer I owned that operated on Windows XP. I wished to continue to run older specialty software on this computer. Dave, the owner of JJ Stocker, told me my computer would not run Windows 7. He told me that he could sell me 2 new laptops with Windows 7 installed at $699.00 each, install my old software, transfer my data from my existing computers, and connect the 2 computers together with a shortcut as a master-slave system. The 2 computers he sold me retail for $479.00 each! They have a smaller cpu than the computer I own that he told me would not run Windows 7. I was willing to pay a premium believing the service he was to provided was worth it. After selling me the new computers, he told me he could not install my specialty software and make it work. This was the only reason for new computers! !!! I was forced to buy all new expensive software. He transferred the data but did not put it on the right computers. And the data was just put on the hard drives, not associated with proper programs or files. The printers were not initially installed and after I requested they be installed, they were installed incorrectly. The bill was $699.00 plus $90.00 setup? And $200.00 for data transfer, plus tax on  EACH computer. The total bill was $1960.00 plus the cost of software. I emailed them requesting resolution of some of the issues.They attempted, with little success to resolve some of the issues. As they had my password they chose to delete my email. At this time I'm working on resolving these issues on my own....and still using my old computers offline.
