The reno included demolition, framing for new roofline and dormers, roof and gutters, siding, new master bathroom, master closet, laundry space, wood floor and stairs, doors, millwork, tiling, masonry for a chimney extension, windows, and central air system. Chris is a great guy, very easy to work with it, trustworthy, and responsive. He hires skilled subcontractors and kept the reno moving at a good pace. They were very consciousness about safety during COVID and completed the work ahead of schedule. They displayed a great attention to detail with the work and the finished product looks excellent. AI chose your company based on a recommendation, and I got lucky. Frank, the supervisor, Junior the foreman, and the entire crew did a beautiful job replacing my roof that was damaged in a storm. Every aspect of their work was prompt and professional. The roof looks beautiful and so does the clean-up. Not only did the crew work very hard all day, when it was time to leave, they saw that my daughter's car had a flat and they changed the tire. A+++ customer service.

AGreat! I called him on Monday for a quote. He was punctual, polite and professional. The work was done on Wednesday. When I came home in the afternoon, the work was already in progress. It was completed within the time frame promised and it looks beautiful. The project was explained in full detail, so that I could understand. Mr. McGavin and his workers were honest, trust-worthy. The job was done exactly as promised and they did a thorough clean-up afterwards.

AI called for a repair to my daughter's roof. The room with the wet sheetrock has a cathedral ceiling with no attic access to determine the source of the leak. Steve inspected the roof section and suggested that the wetness was due to condensation. Vents were installed and small section of roof was replaced at a very reasonable cost.
