AEuropean Personal Touch Cleaning ServiceI’d like to say that my experience with European Personal Touch’s services has been nothing but professional and pleasant. Maria and her staff were able to get my house show-ready to be sold. They did a phenomenal job by doing a deep cleaning of the entire house, starting from the refrigerator, to the stove to the bathrooms and ultimately steamed cleaned and removed dog hair from the carpets. The house used to have an unpleasant smell of cigarette smoke and they were able bring the house back to life by getting rid of the odor and leaving the house smelling fresh and clean. Talk about efficiency! I highly recommend European Personal Touch and I look forward to doing business with them in the future.- Dennis F.

ABOWERMAN CLEANING & RESTORATIONI brought Bowerman in after another company dropped the ball on our water mitigation problem. They (Bowerman) were prompt, super-polite and knowledgeable. They explained thoroughly what they were going to do, and what equipment would be needed (dehumidifiers, airmovers) and then they did exactly that. They kept in touch for the duration of the project, and finished exactly when they said they would, and the job was completely and professionally completed. They also cleaned up after themselves, so you couldn't have known they were even there. Great experience overall, and I highly recommend them.- Christopher P.

ABOWERMAN CLEANING & RESTORATIONI called them Friday evening due to having water in my cellar from a heavy rain storm. They showed up Saturday morning and pull my floor up and carefully sectioned off the affected area then set up machines to dry it out. Emergencies can be such an awful or stressful situation for everybody, and Empire makes these situations feel stress-free. They are an absolute godsend to have on your side during times of crisis. It is great to feel supported during emergencies and reconstructions. I have seen a lot of their work, and they do an incredible job. They cover areas like water damage, mold remediation, fire/smoke, as well as having you covered interior and exterior, excelling across the board. My favorite part of their business is that they are family-owned, and definitely make you feel like part of the family as well. It can be scary letting strangers into your home, yet I've found I can trust them completely. I've found that anytime there is an issue, they are able to overcome it and make it not feel like a big deal.
