    When they had trouble getting the part on time, they arranged for a car
    rental for us if we wanted it and took a couple of hundred dollars off
    the cost for the inconvenience.  It took longer than we expected, though not really their fault.  The supplier sent the wrong part and they were responsive and apologetic whenever I called. They are knowledgeable, honest, fair. 
    Though I hope never to need them again, I would recommend them to anyone
    who needs transmission work.  Great outfit!

    Everything went fine. There was some confusion about the delivery time. I was hoping that they would coordinate with me on that one. I really don't know about the price because this was the only time that I used that service so I don't have a basis to compare it to. I have no issues with the quality of the service. It went fine. They were very professional.

    I scheduled an appointment to have mechanic diagnose problem with vehicle. They inspected the vehicle on the date I dropped it off, called me with an estimate and then had the vehicle repaired on the next day.

    Outstanding service, overall. Nichole was responsive, set realistic expectations (as we were looking to ship the car over a holiday weekend) and in the end far exceeded those expectations. The service that showed up on site was equally as responsive and customer service oriented. Honestly, as we had never had to move a car before this experience, they made it incredibly easy and stress free. I would highly recommend this group.

    The work and service could not have been better. George used high quality fluids and all were filled to proper capacity without any leaks or spills. His price for the work was about half of what the Mazda dealers wanted to charge. Also, my wife called ahead to do the inspections and he was ready for her at the exact times they agreed. I plan on using Tirri Motors for more work in the future.

    I was visiting the Cleveland area from out of town when a message "key battery low" displayed on the dashboard. The car has an electronic start (not key operated), so without the battery, the car will not start. I called the service department and they said I could come in, on a walk-in basis, and the parts department would change the battery. I came in early Saturday morning and they promptly changed the battery, for nominal cost, and the problem appears to be solved.

    There never seems to be enough hours in the day. Joe Donegan, the internet manager at Mahwah Honda, relieves all the time pressure. A lot can be accomplished on line and over the phone. The price quoted by Joe was fair and reasonable with no pressure; even Howard Polman the Fand I manager, refrained from any high pressure sales tactics and explained all the paperwork with efficiency . The trade- in was also within an acceptable range. They delivered everything they promised with professionalism and courtesy. You never had that and quot;bad feelingand quot; as you went through the process. I have bought several cars at Mahwah Honda and this was the best experience yet.

    Just recently, the same headlight that was replaced by Warwick Car Wash & Oil Change stopped working less then a month after they replaced it. I called the establishment to make sure they would be able to replace the headlight at no cost. Shockingly, I was told they would only replace it (just this once), only if the wires weren't corroded. If they were corroded, I would have to pay the expense. My question is....back in January, were they corrorded and I wasn't told????? Or are they using that as an excuse now to double bill me. I was shocked with this treatment after being a loyal customer for 12 years they would nickel and dime me over the charge of a lightbulb????? Even though the establishment told me to come in to take a look to see if the wires were ok, I was so angry with the person I spoke with at Warwick Car Wash & Oil Change, that I went to an auto supply store, bought the replacement light bulb and went to a competitor who installed the lightbulb for free!!! I can honestly say I will never return as a customer.

    I go to them because I trust them. He didn't seem like he was trying to give me repair that I didn't need. He is prompt. One time I had to split a payment over a few weeks and he let me do that. They provide exceptional service.

    Routine maintenance was performed during initial visit, but parts were needed for brake repair, and stereo would not accept disk containing the software upgrade and so the stereo itself had to be ordered and replaced. I returned one week later, after the service consultant confirmed that the parts had been received, and on the second visit was given a loaner vehicle at no charge. The work was satisfactorily peformed and the service consultant even downloaded some of my CDs onto the hard drive of the new stereo since music could not be copied over from the old stereo that was being replaced.
