  I recently purchased products on two occasions from The HCG Institute. I have lost weight in the past using HCG injections from other medical providers and am very familiar with constituting dry HCG product and filling syringes for use. I have done it numerous times over many years. The product is effective when used as instructed for weight loss. On both of these two purchases, the product I purchased was not as advertised and I ran out of product early. Both times I purchased what is advertised as a 40 day cycle of HCG injections and filled the syringes as instructed. The first order was short 8 days, or 20% less product than I thought I purchased. When I contacted the company to advise of the shortage, I was instructed to photograph any shortages on my next order that had already been placed. When I learned that order was 4 days short of product, I submitted the photographic evidence as requested. With the two orders combined, I was 15% short of product from what was purchased. The company was unwilling to acknowledge a problem or make a price adjustment for the product I did not receive. As a repeat customer who paid $1,110 for their products, I would have expected their customer service representatives to have made some sort of a price adjustment since the product they provided was not as they advertised. I would caution other potential customers to be extremely cautious when dealing with this company as they have demonstrated that they lack integrity and falsely advertise their products unbeknownst to unsuspecting customers and are unwilling to make things right when problems are brought to their attention.

  It went very well. The system was installed very efficiently and professionally. They did a great job of explaining how the system worked and how the installation would be done. The system was a significant investment but we really wanted to be drinking and bathing in clean water as we are increasingly careful with our food and most other demensions of our lives.

  We use their service everyday. They always have an equipment available. They also have a lot of options for different levels of fitness. Their environment is very clean. I wish they had 24 hour service, and that is the only thing that I do not like about them.

  Eagle Fitness

  I signed up and went in for the complimentary "show you the ropes" training session with a trainer, Joe White. Because I was new at this, I bought more sessions. The gym is clean and well maintained. The equipment is not brand new but is also well maintained and looks good. It is a 24 hour access gym but is not staffed after hours. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rates are good, we used one of their specials. Many of the members are older so I felt more comfortable than if there had been mostly younger people. They have much of the same free classes that most clubs of this type have, a sauna but no pool. I go to the gym between 10 am and 3pm week days and during that time it is not crowded. I understand that, like most fitness clubs, more people come in early mornings and late afternoons. I have been a member for about a year and a half. I have more energy, am more flexible, have a better posture and am a little stronger due to working out at Eagle Fitness. I plan on continuing my membership.

  Eagle Fitness

  It was great. We went in several times before we made a final decision. They answered all our questions and did not pressure us. They explained how everything worked and gave us a tour. They explained how their personal training works and told it how much it costs. The only bad thing is there is no pool or jacuzzi. I can live with it, the price is right! We did not have to pay a joining fee and pay $15.00 month each. And now we are going regularly. We both have personal trainers that we like very much. The cost for personal training is reasonable. The gym is never really crowded but sometimes you do have to wait to use a specific piece of equipment but that is rare. The classes are crowded and they could have more but for the price i am paying and the distance I drive I am more than satisfied.

  Their prices are good. If you buy a lifetime membership, the first year is a little expensive, but after that it is only $75 per year. There is no limit on how much you use their facilities. Sometimes I go a couple of times a day. They have most of the equipment that I like to use. They have a lot of weight training equipment. They have a pretty good choice of aerobic equipment. They have cross trainers, stair masters and treadmills. They have upright and recline bikes. The only things they don't have are rowing machines. Sometimes it takes a long time for them to repair equipment, but they have a lot of machines that do basically the same thing. They are supposed to open at six in the morning and sometimes they aren't there until ten minutes later.

  Double Diamond Fitness

  Paying $15 more per month than SRAC. A family oriented club. Very busy but most people are in classes. This club caters to middle aged people it seems and does a really nice job doing it. Of course anyone at any age would be just fine here but that seems to be their focus.

  South Reno Athletic Club provides a state of the art facility with all of the equipment I need for rehabilitation after a Total Knee Replacement, including recumbent Bikes, stair steppers, incline treadmills and a wide variety of exercise equipment and free weights. The management and employees are always courteous and encouraging. The discount for a family membership is also very helpful.

  I found the facilities immaculate and much like a spa environment. There are so many amenities that it would be difficult not to find something for everyone. The tour and membership discussion was all done on a very professional basis as were all facility employees and members. I did sign up for a membership and pay on a monthly basis.
