It was excellent, delivered as promised and then some. The job was completed on schedule and workers were efficient, professional and friendly. Definitely plan on hiring again to work on the rest of my home.

    CETO Builders Inc
We chose Ceto Builders because the owner and his assistant do the majority of the work themselves. They did an outstanding job. All sub-contractors they used were excellent as well. Everyone was respectful of our home and our schedule. The work was completed as promised, on time and on budget. It just was overall a very positive experience and we would not hesitate to hire them again.

    USA Bath
From first contact in the showroom with Chelsea, to the 3 hour, pre-contract in-home design consult with Karen, to the install with Kirby this entire project was totally professional and done as promised. Kirby is a perfectionist and was not satisfied until the install met his standards. He even had a better design idea for one section during the install. We could not have been happier. The entire job was done on schedule with no surprises. Better than a contractor, BathPlanet, Reno; USA Bath uses their own employees, not sub-contractors so there's no guessing as to the quality of the workmanship. Could not be more pleased with the entire job and results.

    Carter Contracting
There was a couple issues during the process with completely moving the sink and toilet but Jason worked over And beyond to make sure that everything was resolved by days end. His guys were very polite and worked hard to make sure that we were happy with the finished product. At the end of the job my wife and are very satisfied with the workmanship and attention to detail that we have received from Jason and his guys

Both projects were quality work! We were very happy with the first project - It's amazing how well they were able to match the wood on the new kitchen island with the existing cabinet color. It looks great and gives us the open-concept we were wanting. Our large addition is the envy of the block! It doesn't look like an addition as many do. Everything matches perfectly. You'd never know the whole house wasn't built all at once. We LOVE the interior which includes a new master bedroom, bath, game room and den. It's beautifully done. Scott and his team are professional, leave the house orderly when they finish for the day and make sure that we have exactly what we want. One of the things I like best is that they are very good about staying in contact. That's super-important to me! Another truly important fact is that Scott doesn't waste our money. He's very good about making sure we get what we want but is always quick to suggest ways that we might be able to save a buck or two. I will never hire anyone else to do remodeling/construction work in our home. Ceto Builders is friendly, fair, timely and responsive.

    Unique Design Cabinet Company
Kenny is an absolute joy to work with ? quick responses to calls & questions, good at calming the fears that come with big remodeling jobs and always punctual. I sent him an internet link to a 50?s knotty pine kitchen that I wanted to copy and what Kenny delivered is close enough. The finish is absolute perfection and although the style came out a little more modern than I was shooting for, I?m ultimately very happy. The only unforeseen glitches came from my looking over & approving Kenny?s drawings without my glasses. The uppers were shorter to allow for crown molding that I hadn?t wanted and couldn?t see on the plans. Only when the crew was installing did I notice & a call to Kenny had him suspend install and he came out the next day. He tweaked the molding & cabinet height and even remade one box that was too short which all took an extra week but I couldn?t be happier in the end. All pull-outs in the base cabs made plenty more storage anyway. He?s even come out a few times after the install to tweak or fix stuff. Four months later when the countertop company was out here measuring for an estimate they came across a glitch. I called Kenny and he came right away and fixed it before the countertop guy left. That kind of service is worth what seemed like a kinda high price. Recommend!!!

The installer, Cirby, arrived at the scheduled time and began working immediately. Tore out old tub, old shower and bathtub fixtures. Took measurements and began working. Amazing to watch and the work done was fantastic and clean up left everything spotless. Spectacular job. Would highly recommend.

    CETO Builders Inc
CETO Builders (Owner Scott) is a great General Contractor.  I was a Project Manager for a Fortune 50 company for 35 Years and have worked with many contractors during that time. Scott is among the best I have seen.  The true character of a contractor is when changes or problems occur on a project, as they always do, and Scott was able to handle this without additional problems or change-orders to the project.  All the work was completed to our satisfaction and on-time.  If you need a contractor Scott should be your choice.  If I need additional projects Scott is my go to contractor.

    Quality First Home Improvement Inc.
This is in reference to the new quality first office in Reno, NV.

This is the worst company ever.  Run away from them.  They were contracted to remodel my elderly mothers bathroom last November.  They didn't show up to work until she finally followed up at the end of January.  They ripped out the bathroom and then left her for over a week without a bathroom because the technician assigned to her house was out sick.  When she reached out to the company to request someone else come and hook up the toilet at the very least, the owner was demeaning and rude.  He did eventually send someone to hook up the toilet.  Several weeks later they finished the bathroom which included  tile that wasn't fully adhered to the floor, cracking grout and crooked grout lines, a mismatched shower surround and shelf and a fully leaking pipe system.  The person who did the plumbing work was not licensed to do so and didn't know what he was doing.  We only found this out because my mother insisted that permits were pulled for the job (something they don't normally do) and when the city inspector came to inspect the bathroom and close the permits he failed the work and noted that they did not have a plumbing license.  After a month of her having to vacuum up the water under her house every time she used the shower, they told her they were going to send back out the original worker to fix the plumbing (the same guy who didn't have a plumbing license).  When she told them that she had reported them to the contractors board and that they required that a licensed plumber do the repair they promised to send a licensed plumber out.  Instead they sent the original technician and a retired plumber who was no longer licensed or bonded.  When my mother told them that per the contractors board the repairs needed to be done by a licensed contractor they told her fine we are done with you and left.  Of course she is a trusting soul who paid them over $9k to be taken advantage of.   The contractors board will be going after this company, but please do not make the mistake of allowing them in your home.  They are scam artists who don't think twice about taking advantage of an elderly woman.
