ACTR Roofing LTD.Excellent. Gal who answered the phone was super professional and friendly. Immediate call back. Workman came out same day (in the snow!) and did a temp repair to stop the snow melt leak into the garage to prevent major damage. AWindow AgencyWindow Agency did an amazing job on my gutters. I've lived in my house for 19 years and my gutters have never been professionally cleaned. Those gutters had a lot of packed in dirt John's team had to remove so it was a tough job. They did not leave a speck of dirt or mud anywhere on my property. I have already told John I would like Window Agency to do my windows in the Spring. I highly recommend Window Agency. They completed the job ahead of schedule. The roof is holding up, there are no leaks, and the gutters are draining properly. ANoah's Park Tree CareNoah came out the week before, and asked us what we wanted done. He was thorough, and very professional. He said that his crew would be able to take care of it in a week, or so. Just over a week later, the crew arrived first thing in the morning, and set to work. They were all very efficient, and did everything we had asked be done. They also did a great job of cleaning up, even asking if I wanted a birds nest that they brought down. Luckily it was empty, so I declined.- Sharon B.

ACustom Made GuttersWe received estimates from three gutter companies and like the response of Miguel the best. He came to the house looked at the problem gave us the bid and we said can you do it now and he did. While on the back of the house gutter he noticed the drain was clogged so he cleaned it. He also noticed a broken tile on the roof and fixed it. We would certainly use and recommend them to anyone. We had to have Miguel come back out for a small issue and he fix it without issue.- judi g.

AWe had our solar panels and windows cleaned by Zoe Solar and Window Cleaning on 8-9-2020 and can highly recommend them. Owner Kevin Panche and his team were on time, professional, and responsive to our many questions before the day of the cleaning. Unlike other companies we contacted, they will clean solar panels that are installed on a steep roof (like ours), taking necessary safety precautions. They thoroughly cleaned the solar panels, including underneath, and on their recommendation we also had them cover the panels with netting, which keeps the pigeons off. Apparently solar panels can get dirty pretty quickly – we had ours installed in November 2019 and between the pigeons and weather, they were already in need of a cleaning in just over 6 months. They also cleaned our window screens and windows, inside and out. They used specialized equipment on the outside and high-end squeegees on the inside. Kevin pointed out where previous window cleanings had resulted in scratches on the glass due to the use of cheap equipment. If you need your solar panels and/or windows cleaned, please consider using Zoe Solar and Window Cleaning.

DI recently had roof repair work done on my roof by D&D Roofing. I have used the same company for roof repairs in the past and all went well. In June,2019 I had an estimate for repair to my roof. The estimate was about $1800. When the work was scheduled two workers were on the roof for about one-half hour. I called D&D Roofing to state the cost was exorbitant for about ½ hour of work. There was not much cost in materials for the repair. D&D did reduce the cost by refunding $475 so I ended up paying #1,393. I will not be doing business with D&D Roofing in the future. I will be using reviews in the future to hopefully better scrutinize roofing companies.

FThey destroyed my cameras that were mounted to my roof. They worked on my house when I was out of town. I came back to all my cameras laying on the ground and the cables were all severed. I spoke with Gary many times but all he wanted to do is argue about it. This was a very bad experience!
