The project started out all right, but I had to call to have the sealer applied after the recommended time had elapsed. It was poorly applied, so I had to call to have part of it redone ( then 2 months after pouring). In July, the sidewalk cracked all the way across, in front of my entry way. I sent a photo and email, and have been communicating at reasonable intervals since then by phone, email and paper letter. Finally Roberto came to look at it and suggested I had done something to cause it, or maybe frost (in July?). He said he would be back within 2 weeks to repair it, but it has been 20 days with no action. I will add that otherwise, the drivewY is beautiful. But I have had to work far too hard and the issue has not been resolved.

Both projects were quality work! We were very happy with the first project - It's amazing how well they were able to match the wood on the new kitchen island with the existing cabinet color. It looks great and gives us the open-concept we were wanting. Our large addition is the envy of the block! It doesn't look like an addition as many do. Everything matches perfectly. You'd never know the whole house wasn't built all at once. We LOVE the interior which includes a new master bedroom, bath, game room and den. It's beautifully done. Scott and his team are professional, leave the house orderly when they finish for the day and make sure that we have exactly what we want. One of the things I like best is that they are very good about staying in contact. That's super-important to me! Another truly important fact is that Scott doesn't waste our money. He's very good about making sure we get what we want but is always quick to suggest ways that we might be able to save a buck or two. I will never hire anyone else to do remodeling/construction work in our home. Ceto Builders is friendly, fair, timely and responsive.

Very professional, communicated well before the job to ensure he had the right materials for a peculiar fence configuration. Other jobs delayed his arrival, but he did an excellent job, even working in the dark to complete. Hard working young man.

    Premium Lawn & Landscapes
The job went smooth as silk. The crew did the site prep one day and pour the concrete a couple days later. The job involved a concrete slab between the house and property fence which made for pretty tight quarters when the pour began. They guys got right in and did an outstanding job. The finished product looks great and the cleanup was complete. Thanks Frank & crew!

Got three estimates and these folks were the most reasonably priced. Had the opportunity to see their work on another project in the general area. Impressed by the team that did the work, they kept their heads down and worked diligently through the project in the time initially allotted, including demolishing existing patio by hand (essentially completing the demolishment and take away the very first day). They showed up to begin on the agreed upon date and finished within the 5 days allotted. Final clean up was complete and well done.  Project included pouring and capping two steps. Tony, the team boss, checked in daily, sometimes more than once. Tony was also helpful in paver product selection. I found the group easy to work with and am very pleased with the end result. Would recommend to anyone considering a paver or cement project.

    Legends Landscaping
We contacted Legends, along with several other landscapers, in mid-February to discuss landscaping our backyard space, which was in dire need of help!  After meeting with all of the landscapers and hearing their proposals and bids, we chose Legends to do the work.  Although the bids were close in price, the Legends staff seemed to understand what we wanted and appeared easy to work with and very professional in the contacts we had with them.
After approving the general plan and signing the contract, we were given a suggested plant list to review and modify if we chose.  We then met with the estimator and job superintendent to discuss the plan, schedule and steps of the project.
The project started at the end of March and was estimated to take 2-3 weeks.  In the end, it took about 4, but that included a week of waiting for concrete to cure.
The project included a large paver patio, new plantings, re-location of several existing shrubs, a new drip system and a concrete stairway, plus installation of bark and rock covering the ground.
The project was primarily completed by 3 main workers, who were simply amazing!  Professional, experienced, respectful, hard working, tidy - it was all good.  The job superintendent checked in with the crew and with us at least twice a day, so we were able to communicate, ask questions and keep abreast of the schedule.  Additional employees were brought in as needed for certain parts of the project, including pouring of the concrete staircase.
The only slight hitch in the renovation came when there was a mixup in the plant order, but Legends was committed to giving us what we wanted, and took care of the problem in a professional and timely way.
We couldn't have done this project ourselves, and we're very happy with our choice of Legends Landscaping to make our backyard space amazing!  I would and will definitely recommend them to anyone who is seeking landscape work.

The job began with an 18"-wide band of pavers around 3 sides of our wooden deck, to replace some decomposed granite (DG), which our dogs would continually dig in.  The next phase was to remove approx. 600 sq. ft. of sod, on a visibly sloping lawn adjacent to a concrete walkway outside the new deck perimeter pavers.  Huge job! The elevation between the bottom of the "hole" where the soldier course--the bottom base-layer under the future pavers--would go and the remaining grass was over a foot. That's a lot of sod and soil to pick-axe out and haul away. They put a huge container street-side to wheel-barrow it to and then took that off for disposal. They capped all sprinkler heads, levelled the area to be paved, put in the base layers, compressed everything and installed the pavers, which had been delivered from a company in South Reno and which I had gone out and chosen from their showroom.  The guys also dug a French drain along the whole back side of the wall and also installed 3 small drains at the base of the wall at the back of the paver patio for run-off in a downpour.  They filled the drain with rock of my choice. Finally, to kind of frame the whole back and sides of the work, they put in a concrete curb of the same style as we have in our back yard. Clean-up was impeccable, with no debris left behind. The crew was professional, ridiculously hard-working, and masterly in their installation of the pavers and wall and benches.  Tony, the foreman, checked in regularly to oversee their work and progress.  Ours was a big job and it took just over 6 work days. The whole experience was pleasant and stress-free. I would recommend these guys, this outfit, without reservation. I had gotten 3 bids and Tony was back fastest (immediately!) with an explicit bid, which beat one other bidder and made much more sense than the 3rd bid, which was odd and confusing and tardy. Our back yard looks truly amazing now, even opulent.  And I have 1/3 less lawn to deal with than before.

We had a large project.  From framing to pouring, the driveway was finished in 2 days.  Roberto and his crew were always on time and very professional.  He over delivers on his services.  We will be calling him again for future projects!

We have had good experience. They did did a good job on both of them. They poured a patio for us and it messed it up a little bit and then they came back the next day and said if you don't like it we will redo it and we thought about it and we said we don't like it because we are going to keep this thing for a long time. But they came back a couple of days and they did the whole thing. He said, "You will be satisfied with it." and we weren't satisfied because at the end it was kind of dug out on the sides and it was kind of high. It ended up being about 7-8 inches high and we just wanted that to be a flat surface all the way around and it wasn't. They came back and they did it good.

They took out the upper part of my driveway, cut out the roots from a pine tree that had been growing near and had lifted the drive way up creating a hazard for anyone walking over it. They poured new cement so now its flush with the rest of the drive way.  In the back yard they extended the patio and over all did a great job, no mess for me to clean up, very professional crew and very nice.  I will definitely hire them again if I decide to have more work done.
