Review: Dog Fencing Service

Santiago and his crew installed a dog run area adjacent to our house. The work included installing 220' feet of six foot high deer fencing on approximately 30 steel T posts set in concrete, two gates and a ten foot wide vehicle gate.

Santiago and his crew got the work done quickly and neatly. We purchased the T posts and the deer fencing material based on his estimate of what was needed. Santiago provided the labor, concrete and miscellanious hardware and materials.

Drip system repair, minor yard work

Angel arrived ON TIME (in our experience, this is rare for landscapers and other service personnel!) and ready to work. He fixed our drip system, removed dead vegetation, and moved some plants. He worked quickly and efficiently, and my husband was impressed enough that he gave him a 33% tip.

Complete hardscape and landscape of back yard. Revised builder supplied front landscaping.

Outstanding. First, understand that this is a family owned business. Angel did the work to become a licensed contractor and has gotten trained on the proper techniques for pavers and pond installations. He has brothers working with him and they all bring unique skills to the table. Their work is quality in every respect. Due to my own inattention to my yard it needs some serious updating. I will call on the Santiago brothers without hesitation.

Installed landscape pavers and walls in the front yard.

Santiago Landscaping provided the most competitive of three proposals for hardscape as part of our front yard renovation. The owner, Angel, suggested a nice design and made helpful suggestions. His overall cost was reasonable and included high quality materials. The work team was efficient and obviously experienced. Occasionally it took longer to return calls than we wanted. We were going to use this company for installing plants, but they were too busy to meet our timeline. We asked for a bid from Santiago Landscaping because we were pleased with work they had done in our backyard as a subcontractor for another company.

I got an estimate from Santiago. They gave us a bid for some landscaping for pavers and plants and things like that.

We ended up choosing somebody else but they seem like a nice company too. I would consider them again. They seemed very competent that they knew what they were doing. We just went with somebody else just 'cause they had a better design and a better price. I would call them for a quote for sure.

Driveway Pavers

We had an asphalt driveway for many-many years that needed replacement. Decided it was time to update to pavers over concrete. Santiago Landscape had completed a small paver job for us in the past and came out to give us a bid for the much larger job. The price was what we expected and in line with other bids we received. They did a wonderful job in record time. The site foreman and entire crew was friendly and professional. We could not be happier with the quality and look of the completed job.

I used the services of Santiago Landscape & Maintenance to change a couple of irrigation valves, I think it was actually a back flow preventor and he changed that.

It was fine. They followed through with everything I asked them to do.
