    March 5th of this year I was desperate to get the biggest unit they had, which I did a 10x25 and was thrilled as only one had just been vacated that morning and was being cleaned up for me to move in the following day. I was in such a rush that when I signed their Rental Agreement no one could possibly read all that is written so tiny on their back page and they did not verbally explain a few of their most pertinent important rules for you to be aware of!! Just gave you the lease, sign it..then find out later when you are leaving their facility and checking out what they can do from what you signed. BEWARE and be sure you at least read #8 on the back page that states..UNUSED RENT PORTIONS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. I found this out the hard way as I had planned with my movers to clear our my storage unit on the 4th of the month and assumed I would pay a pro-rated charge of my monthly fee of $160.00 for just those 4 days. WRONG!! as stated on #8 I was OUT OF LUCK. If I had only been told this when I signed the lease I could so easily have vacated that unit on the 30th of the prior month. I was out by Noon on the 4th and slammed the person in the office how unfair it was..they could have cared less!!! We all know those huge units are in great demand and have a waiting list and mine would have been rented before I got out of their driveway. I never heard from them after I left that Monday on the 4th of the month by Noon. I thought since I was out so quickly they would at least give me something back. But no..so I had to pay $160.00 for 3-1/2 days when I could so easily have been out before the 1st of that month. Anyone paying a lot for their storage unit do take the time and read the back page so this doesn't happen to you and what else might be in there that would harm you in some way.

    I went there a year ago and had a great experience, but yesterday morning I dropped off my iPad mini to be fixed after getting a quote from the clerk. He expected it to be done last night, but by the next day with no call I stopped in again to pick it up. When I got there another clerk was busy with a personal call but finally ended it to get to me. When I said that I was picking up my device he got another guy, who came to me without asking anything and said that the price quoted before was wrong. I stated, "You had it for over a day, didn't fix it or even bother to call me?" No response was given, so I asked for my iPad back and left. This was a great place in the past, but the service is now amazingly disappointing- definitely recommend you explore other options.

    He put a sweet edge on these knives. I value knives. I just really appreciate good knives. I cook a lot so these kitchen knives that someone gave me that they trashed, I took to him and "Wow". When you get an edge from Conrad, you only need to go a couple times a year. Very personal service in the sense that we could talk about knives and he wanted to make sure I knew how to use a sharpening steel properly and we talked about sharpening at home. I understand a lot more than I did before. He does good knife sharpening. You can pick them up the next day. I go twice a year whether I need to or not.

    I was a bit skeptical about how this would work - but it worked quite well.  Lou is very skilled and provides useful and insightful instructions, comments and corrections, even though he is watching your hands and your play over video conferencing.  I had not played since I was a child, but Lou was able to fairly quickly get me conversant again in reading and playing Level 2 music.  He is patient, friendly, knowledgeable, and fun.  He is very professional and works with you to schedule the lessons around calendars, and is always very punctual.  I would recommend Lou to other would be piano players!

    They surgery was a 2-part outpatient process. They were very honest about how much pain I could expect from the surgery. They were all top-notch. My anesthesiologist sat with me for half an hour to make sure I recovered from the surgery. Just imagine 10 times the top service you would get anywhere else, pre-surgery, post-surgery, someone was always there. I've been in other hospitals for various things but I was just shocked at how great I was treated.

    The site threw me out with system errors. Then making payment had issues. And it isn't straightforward how to directly contact service provider. Had to opt for dates and system would not allow me to enter the following day. Also, even though credit card information is taken, I have still not received order confirmation or when the service provider will contact me. The site needs major improvement by some analyst who knows what they are doing.

    I pay too much. It stops functioning once in a while. I guess they are a good price. Sometimes the service is non-existent, like, the internet is down or the cable TV does not work. The phone seems to work the whole time. They are responsive if you can get hold of them, but it is not easy to get somebody that you can talk to about the problem.

    When I used to rent, I wanted safety issues taken care of promptly and it bothered me how owners treated security deposits so differently. Now as an owner, the difference between property manages is that an adequate property manager does just what the owner requires.  A great property manager requires safety issues be fixed, finds the right tenant for the right property and balances the tenant?s needs and desires with the owner?s responsibilities and financial obligations.  It is not easy to find a great property manager.
    Over the last 5 years, I?ve had experience with 5 different property managers and interviewed 4x that number.  Some managers don?t communicate well. Some hire poor quality vendors. Some over-charge for repairs.  Some don?t respond to tenants.  Some roll-over to the owners, refusing to do what?s right.  Since starting to work with them a year ago, my experience with Reno Property Management has been everything I wanted for both the tenant and as the owner. (I interviewed 7 other companies and checked 4 of RPM's references.)   They are stellar!  They are thorough, attentive, quick to respond and in my experience fair, honest and pragmatic.  If repairs got delayed, it was because I didn?t respond in a timely fashion to their need for an approval-to-proceed.  
    My experience is that when needed, Reno Property Management lobbys for their tenants. Their logic and approach is solid and balanced.   They have worked spectacularly with me as the owner, finding the balance of making repairs and preserving cash for larger repairs, something tenants don?t have to worry about.  (The previous owners had about $30,000 in deferred maintenance that we have to budget over 1-5 years).  RPM has worked with the tenants on rent increases in a polite, firm, compassionate and professional way, something that is important to me.  It is not easy news to deliver nor hear. In contrast, another property manager that I interviewed was harsh about handling rent adjustments conversations (and I did not hire him).  On the other hand, Krystal does great in this and so many other areas.  I appreciate her skills, tact, sincerity and talents.  RPM  hires good vendors, and when the vendor falls short, they have taken responsibility, and fixed it.  Their financials are pristine.  Jober does a great job with them.  Doug the owner is of course busy, yet attentive, attends key meetings, intervenes when required and is professional.  I can meet with him anytime I need.  
    My tenants say Reno Property Mgmt does a good job in terms of being fair, clear, and attentive which is a compliment after being part of an owner-managed-property for the previous 30 years.   Tenants say critical repairs are done quickly.  Tenants appreciate the thoroughness of the required legal paperwork, though of course, they?d rather not have formal up-to-date leases.  All in all, after 5 years with other property managers, finding RPM has made my life easier, the tenant?s financial and housing needs more predictable and the properties that they manage for us pride-full for the local community.  If it changes, I?ll let you know, but I?m in this for the long haul.

    Curt was very professional and skilled with clock repair. He came to my house the same day I called him to look at a completely broken cuckoo clock. As he looked at it, he realized that the clock had bent sprockets. He could have sold us an expensive sprocket job and told us the clock would only work with new ones. Instead, he restored it to full operations, oiled it, and taught me some maintenance tricks to keep it running properly. His rate was reasonable and he seemed honest. I would call him again to repair clocks again.

    I'm extremely happy with their service. They always take good care of me and my bicycle when I come in. The most recent service was for a flat tire. I ride tubeless tires and was having an issue. This company resolved the issues and provided valued customer service.
