    Vince Cruz Painting Inc
The house has been in need of paint for a couple years and it didn't look like I was going to get around to it being overseas.  I had made arrangements for my representative to contact Vince and two other painters for an estimate.  He came out to the house arriving at the promised time. One contractor never showed and the other cancelled twice on the day of the appointment. After performing an inspection of the exterior he explained the painting process, cost, and warranty. Vince and his crew were professionals at all times always arriving on time and actually completed the job ahead of schedule.
Living in Europe, one does not see a lot of earth tone homes so I chose a color that would brighten the house and add life to an otherwise typical neighborhood. Overall I am very pleased with the finished product. There was excess paint which Vince left behind for future touch ups if needed. If you are looking for a courteous, timely, and professional crew,  I would highly recommend Vince and his crew.

We requested an Estimate on the jod and received a very professional estimate the next morning..  His estimate clearly outlined all the services that he intended to perform and was the lowest bidder of the 3 estimates we received.  the exterior paint estimate included drastically more services then the other bidders, so we decided to use them.  They arrived on time and started by power washing the house and shed. the paint job was completed in 3 days. The painting was excellent an the crew were extremely polite and cooperative during the job.  I would highly them recommend for any painting job and will use them for any future painting job.

    Stain Away Pressure Washing
The concrete driveway and patio were very stained with black mold essentially over 90+ % of the surface and had not been cleaned in many years. I had reservations as to whether anyone could get them cleaned up; however Andy and Stain Away surpassed my expectations. He pressure washed, pressure rinsed and then applied a bleach type after treatment to impede the development of mold.  The results were stunning. I am very, very pleased with the result. Quality work done with professional attention to detail.

    Jesus Garcia Professional Painter
Jesus was prompt, did the work, and finished quickly and actually under the estimate that he gave us.  He and his workers cleaned up after themselves and even pulled some weeds for me that were next to the house.  He was very helpful in choosing the best color for my house, painting sample sections on the house so I could compare two different colors. The prep work was thorough, including removing staples etc. from the house, power washing, scraping, sanding, and caulking before priming and then painting. I plan on having him back to do the interior of our house.

    Vince Cruz Painting Inc
Our house looks fantastic! The washing took off the desert dust and the main color of the house once again fresh. The fresh white trim that Vince and crew applied glows. It looks like the whole house was painted! An impressed neighbor asked for a quote on his home, too. The crew was friendly and a pleasure to have around. They cleaned up each night and upon finishing the work. Extremely professional. We recommend Vince Cruz Painting without reservation and are planning to hire him this winter for interior work. We are happy to add another A  rating to the list.

Kate is very professional to work with and easy to talk to. She actually listens to what you want and explains the job before offering the estimate. I got the estimate in just a day which helps if you are on a schedule with your job. The price was good so I had her put me on the schedule which was about 7 days out. The two men came out to power wash the patio structure. They parked on the street so we would have driveway acess without being told. We moved our cars to make room but they still parked on street and that was fine. In many cases, owners need access and so it is good they do this. When they were done spraying it down they started packing up and almost ready to leave. I decided to take a look and I am glad that I did. My home was painted (another company) 8 months ago in a bright color and so I am trying to keep it nice and very clean. When they sprayed down the arbor toward the home all the dirt and debris got on the house. If they would have left it and I was not there to check it would have dried that way. I asked them if it could be hosed down and I think they thought I would do it after they left so I asked them to do it and they got the idea. They washed everything down properly. This is the ONLY thing that I could think of that Kate should tell the crew and it was something I forgot to mention to her. I think most patio structures are painted when the main home is painted and then this is not an issue.
After the weekend the two man crew (different crew) came to paint in the heat. I was amazed at how fast they were as it only took them two days about 6 hrs each day. And the wood needed two coats. They mostly rolled the wood and used a brush in some tight spots. One area the guy sat on top and painted each slat, the other side he did only the top and then used a roller on a pole for the side of each slat. I was watching to see the professional way to do this as I had considered painting it myself. I am glad I hired HOME PERFECT to do the job as it would have taken me two weeks in the heat. The workers never complained and took only one break each day. And they were nice even when they ran out of stain. The estimate was 4 gallons and they ended up using 11 gallons because the wood soaked up so much product. We ran to get them more.
We are pleased with the job and so happy to have a company who actually does what they say they will do. We used two other companies from Craigslist (high rated) that did not do the best job. One woman team did a horrible job on the inside just mainly spraying one coat of paint so thin it was awful.....unfortunately I did not have my glasses on when I checked it and it was a dark over-cast day. The second did ok but he was high in price and objected to my colors. So now, I hope to use Home Perfect for my painting jobs in the future.
Hire them, they do a good professional job at an accurate quote. Thanks Kate see you soon.

They did a fantastic job. Took a whole day of prep removing all the old caulk and loose paint. They really got all the old paint and caulk off and then caulked all the seams and window trim. Tuesday the painted the house and they came back Wed and gave it a second coat and painted the trim 3 times in some areas. I am really pleased with their work. The house looks like new again. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a new outside paint job

The project was to paint a steel exterior door, one side. I had the paint, but it was latex and I was told that they preferred not to use latex on a steel door. They used their own paint. Job was good and done in a timely manner. However, after about a month, the paint was still soft and was sticking to the weather striping. I called and was told that sometimes "latex" paint took a while to dry. Latex? I thought they were not going to use latex. It is now December and the paint is still soft & tacky. They have agreed to repaint the door, but I did not want to be without a door in sub-freezing weather. They say they will repaint it in the Spring. We will see how that goes and I will follow-up the review.

    Able-n-Ready
Provider took a deposit of $300 for materials. He bought some things although not of the type I had specified. He refused to finish the work claiming it could not be done. He left a mess, took most of the materials I paid for. I called the police who said they could not stop him from stealing the materials from my house. They said I should take him to small claims court. No work was correctly done, and I am out 300 dollars. He wired some lights in such a way that circuits break so that they do not even turn on. He also twice unplugged my garage freezer for several hours each time, damaging some food. He broke branches out of a tree, decided on his own to buy an arch that I had not ordered made of (ugly) plumbing pipes. (I had requested only arch shaped lights on juniper bushes and if he could not do an arch shape, just lights in the bushes.) He later claimed that I was not entitled to my 300 dollars back because of the arch.
Provider did not finish job first day, returned second in the evening and worked late, still did not finish job and returned a third evening to work. I had made clear that I did not want the night time work at my place as I did not consider it safe and we liked to relax alone in the evening.
