  • Nydia is amazing. I love her to pieces, however, she doesn't seem to want to take large dogs anymore...or at least my dog. I have a shy, timid Golden Retriever who loves everyone. However, she doesn't like to stand so she can be a challenge at times. Nydia seems to not want to take her anymore however she won't come right out and say it. So, reluctantly, I had to switch to someone else. But for small and medium dogs, Nydia is the best.

  • Kristi is a true pet lover and excellent groomer.  Her calmness really transfers to my pets.  She has a way about her with pets. My 16 pound cat had been very difficult to groom until I found Kristi.  Kristi also does an impressive job when trimming my large Labradoodle's nails.

  • The trip to Pet Revue was very unfortunate. We took our two Pomeranians to them for the first time in March and asked for both of them to receive very close cuts. When we returned to pick them up, they looked adorable but after getting in the car, I noticed that one of the dogs had a cut along the inside fold of one of her back legs. I was very upset and took her back to Pet Revue. They offered to "glue" the dog's skin back which we declined. We took her to the vet and she needed a number of staples and had to wear a cone for a number of weeks. Pet Revue offered to pay half the vet bill which we accepted. I was very sad--the cuts were nice but my dog was injured. The main dog groomer had told us that she was training the owner to do cuts and we could see the owner behind the counter working on a dog while simultaneously talking on the phone. If you use this groomer, I would recommend you use the master groomer rather than anyone in training.

  • It was definitely my worst experience going to a pet groomer.  On Command apparently was not charging me enough money after approximately 3 prior visits using a gift card that I purchased at Costco getting a 20% discount and when I brought my dog in the woman at the front desk informed me that the price had went up to $35 which I told her okay and left my dog there for a cleaning.  When I came back about 2 hours later to pick my dog up I was told about 3 more times by 2 people that I was going to be charged more for the service and I think the last quote was for $40 and I didn't understand why there were being so unprofessional and almost rude as they are the one that quoted me the $30 price when I first came there.  And then to top it all off I brought my dog home after the cleaning and went over to a friends house with my dog and he remarked that she still stunk for just going to the dog groomer.  That was the last time I was there for any services at On Command!

  • Wow, was I surprised!  Jilly has been the bane of many groomers, but she met her match with Laura!  Laura was able to groom Jilly's face perfectly, a feat that hasn't been done for a very long time.  The rest of the dog looked good, too.  Great job, folks!  Everyone go and support this local vendor!

  • The last place I went to is pretty popular, but it looked like a "newbie" cut them, it was choppy and extremely standard (not specific to the breed), but acceptable.  Pet Revue's job looked extremely professional and they understood exactly what I wanted.  They gave my yorkie mix a yorkie cut that looked really good.   Also, I arrived early and was able to watch unnoticed as they finished one.  They were very gentle with him and neither dog was over-excited or all jittery and freaked out when I picked them up.   They look really good and I am happy that I have someone that does a good job and I can trust.  I definitely recommend them.

  • They were very nice but they were far away. They did a nice job and the place was clean. It was good. I can pick up my puppy right away which is also a nice feature not to have me there all day. They work on one dog at a time.

  • The owner is really nice.within an hour of dropping my dog off she was calling to let me know my dog was ready. It was raining so she carried my dog out to the car so she wouldn't drip on the seats. Great customer.

  • Took my two dogs, cockapoo, is like a sweat shop. Groomers did not look friendly, place was very NOISY, my dogs were stressed. My gut was telling me to not leave them but I was desperate for a groomer. They cut my cockapoo sooooo short, she won't need grooming for three months. Lady that owns it runs the desk, but not real friendly and is NOT a groomer herself. I would not go back. I will make the drive and go to my groomer in CA, 90 minutes away.

  • I am very satisfied with the service that was provided.  My Westie mix dog is 13 years old, crotchity, blind and hard of hearing and they treated him well.  His cut was well shaped and the price of $35 is very reasonable.   I had made the appointment 2 days in advance and the groomer was waiting on my arrival.  The service was complete within 3 hours.  I will use their service again and would recommend to others.
