Excellent. Dr Cohen was very professional and friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I don't need to have the procedure until I feel it's really necessary.

    Kroll & Lighthouse Optometry
Dr. Lighthouse and the entire staff are terrific. They set a new standard for friendly professionalism. My exam was very thorough, in contrast to the last one I had at another office. The support staff was efficient and there was very little time spent waiting around. The cost was reasonable, and my vision insurance was readily accepted.

    Pomeranz, Dr. Gary A
I started going to Dr. Pomeranz for a retina problem and now see him annually for follow-up. I was in health care for 33 years and Dr. Pomeranz is one of the highest quality physicians that I have known. He explains everything completely, does a thorough examination, assists with dietary recommendations for good eye health and in every way is a fantastic physician.

I had this procedure done in 2008 with minimal results and shared this with Dr. Stanko. Dr. Stanko was very optimistic from the beginning, stating there had been significant improvements in the technology of the laser since then. Initially I remained doubtful and elected not to have this treatment right then but when faced with higher pressures a few months later and the only other option being to add another type of eye drop, I reluctantly decided to give it another try. Pressure was reduced about 25% in each eye! Check ups are now semi annual rather than quarterly. The Doc knew what he was talking about!

    Dr. Leslynn Catlett O.D.
She is wonderful. She is teamed with the Berkeley Eye Clinic which to me is the best place on the west coast. She gives really high quality care so she always checks for any diseases or any changes. She has photographed the inside of my eyes fifteen years ago and then she checks to make sure there are there are no changes. She is absolutely professional and a friendly way. She has a good manner about her. She does a really thorough job. She never cuts corners, makes sure that your eyes are healthy and makes sure that you get the right prescription if you need glasses or contact lenses. She will keep working with you until everything is perfect. When I first got contacts, I went back to her about three or four times until we got the right fix. I just had a very bad eye sight so it wasn’t easy to get the right contacts but she tried different ones and we found the one that works for me. And with my eye glasses too, if I am not satisfied or something’s wrong, I just go in and she will check it and makes sure everything is okay. I was with her when she was at Sam’s club, she moved on to a different clinic. The new clinic really wants you to buy your glasses there but she doesn’t force you either way so I could buy it where I want to. She doesn’t say go to this place or that place; she just gives you the prescription. When I had bad allergy, she made sure I got the right allergy eye drops that I needed for a while. She is just concerned about your eye health and she will go way out of her way to make sure that you get as much as of an insurance claim also. We have insurance and so she will do everything she can to get full benefit for you. She will tell you upfront, your insurance company will pay for this but won’t pay for that and I call them up and I ask them this and that and she doesn’t really burden you with too much information but she tells you right up front, that these are the choices that you should make and if there is ever a question with your eye’s health, go with your eye health no matter what. She wants you to have healthy eyes.

Eye exam was through and professional. Also, went to Optical department to get new glasses and lenses. Lisa was great. Trust her to select or help to select the right glasses for you. In shopping around I found they were not the least expensive, but their service is well worth it.

Very easy to work with, knew every aspect of their job and performed flawlessly. Diagnosed eye issues to be within the brain, and damaged optic nerve, due to recent surgery. Made suggestions to help improve the vision, and care has been ongoing and never disappointing.
