I pay too much. It stops functioning once in a while. I guess they are a good price. Sometimes the service is non-existent, like, the internet is down or the cable TV does not work. The phone seems to work the whole time. They are responsive if you can get hold of them, but it is not easy to get somebody that you can talk to about the problem.

I’m not so happy with them because my phone line went out this morning and I’ve just called them. As my phone line is hooked into the modem directly, so they do not what could be wrong and they are sending somebody over to repair it. For now, I would use their services in the future.

terrible! They promised us on the phone that if we changed over from Charter Communications that they would come in and get our home network set-up as it was with Charter. The Tech came in and installed the modems and lines then left and told us to call at&t to get the connections set-up. I called the number and the techs who I spoke with (several) all told me that they couldn't help me but they had a paid service that would resolve the problem. Before we had a home wireless network that worked perfectly but to date I still haven't been able to establish this with their system. Also, the high speed internet sucks! I am asked to reboot their system at least 4 to 10 times a day! They have you sign a one-year contract that charges $99.00 if cancelled early. Also, (if this wasn't enough) they have included on the first months bill an extra $10 and the 2nd month an additional $15 that can't be explained. Don't go with At&t internet!

    AT&T Internet Services
I give them an A rating and I think the price is comparable.

I have a bundled plan for internet, home phone and television services. I feel the price is reasonable. I have not had any problems with this provider.
