I've never worked out before in my life so I asked a lot of friends where I should go to sign up for a gym membership. All of them recommended EFC.
I've got yo say, that I felt like part of the family since the moment I walked in the door. This Locally Owned and Family operated Gym is a place I look forward to going. My Free Personal Trainer, Monique, put together a workout that make me feel like I'm making progress in my fitness goal, without leaving me in pain.
I will recommend European Fitness to anyone who asks. Oh Yeah, and the price is right too. No signup fee, an minimal monthly charge, and No extra charges for the Spa, Cardio Theaters, or various exercise classes.

It is convenient, my kids like it and the only thing I have to say about them is, I wish their main center was closer to our home because the big one has the pool and the basketball court. So you have to drive a little further, other than that they have everything, my kids love it and they just go every time they want. It is convenient and has everything you need, going down part of that is they have big facilities, they have all these, the swimming pool, basketball courts. They are far away from us but we are allowed to use it, it's just that we have to pay for this. They are very kind and accommodating.

Paying $15 more per month than SRAC. A family oriented club. Very busy but most people are in classes. This club caters to middle aged people it seems and does a really nice job doing it. Of course anyone at any age would be just fine here but that seems to be their focus.

Fantastic!  Over the years my workouts have been adapted to meet my changing goals and health.  They are up-to-date on everything, including working with me pre and post partnum - my doctor was thrilled with my exercises and consistent workout.  After my baby was born and I got the all clear from my doctor, I have been working h****** appropriate post-partum workouts.  What is even more fantastic is that I workout one day a week with my little one - it is a great mommy and me interactive workout that burns a lot of calories, and which my son loves!

I cannot recommend them highly enough - if you are looking for a personal gym that is interested in you and who adapts to your needs and changing goals, they are for you!

It is cheap. After the first year of membership, the renewal is only $75 a year. They have everything that I need, everything that I use; treadmill, elliptical machines and all the weight training equipment that I need. The only thing that they don?t have and I would like to use is the rowing machine. It would be nice if they had an Olympic size pool but probably most fitness centers do not have that. Sometimes they don?t maintain the equipment very well. Sometimes things get broken and it is a while before they get them repaired. Sometimes it takes a long time if they get crowded and we have a hard time getting to some other equipment because there are other people using them. I have never had a problem with billing so I don?t need to talk to them. I have my routine pretty much worked out. I don?t need any help with that. I will continue using them in the future.

Their prices are good. If you buy a lifetime membership, the first year is a little expensive, but after that it is only $75 per year. There is no limit on how much you use their facilities. Sometimes I go a couple of times a day. They have most of the equipment that I like to use. They have a lot of weight training equipment. They have a pretty good choice of aerobic equipment. They have cross trainers, stair masters and treadmills. They have upright and recline bikes. The only things they don't have are rowing machines. Sometimes it takes a long time for them to repair equipment, but they have a lot of machines that do basically the same thing. They are supposed to open at six in the morning and sometimes they aren't there until ten minutes later.

We would probably not use them again because it is not convenient for us.

Very well for ongoing regular exercise and stretching.  I have done this regularly since January 2006 and will continue indefinitely, since it suits my needs to a 'T'.
