Dropped it off on Monday with Thursday as scheduled pick up day. Thursday came and went without a call. Called on Friday to find out what was up and was told there were some imperfections and they would have to repaint the hood and I could pick it up on Monday. Received call Monday to pick up vehicle that day. Picked up car, paid and paid for work noting there were far more dust/dirt specks than when the car was dropped off. 24 hours later the clear coat they applied is peeling around the inserts, most likely due to poor installation of the inserts. They told me they could take care of it no problem and to call when I wanted to have it taken care of. Have decided not to bother, purchased a brand new hood and will have it wrapped.

The service by The Body Shop was fabulous! The workmanship was top notch along with the customer service. To top it off, when I picked up my car I learned it had been washed and the inside vacuumed.

Repairs looked good when I picked it up, but I didn't closely examine the rest of the car.  The windshield was covered w/morning doo and I got in and waited for the window to clear.  My wife has an oversized rear-view mirror so I didn't notice a huge crack in the windshield (15") running the length of the mirror.  I parked the car at home and several hours later walked out side and now saw the crack one I looked at the vehicle head-on.  I drove straight back to the shop to discuss this and two employees suggested I had cracked the windshield driving it home.  Then they said it was obvious the crack was old and suggested my wife brought it to them that way.

I knew we never had this crack and asked to see any photos they took of the vehicle before they began work.  Photos did not show the crack, but they argued they use low-pixel cameras and it just wasn't showing up in the photo.  They also said it was obviously from a rock while driving, as if something in their shop hit the windshield it would have also scratched the hood. Mgr. offered to split my deductible of $100, but I was too upset with the implications I was liar.

I called a mobile window repair guy and when he showed he inspected the car for damage as to not be blamed if ant was later found.  He located a scratch on the hood filled in with paint and another scratch that had been buffed out poorly.  I was only able to see these two poorly covered up 2" long scratches when looking from certain angles.  The paint on this car is a white pearl coat and the buff job was about 3" diameter and flat, not pearl.

Now it all made sense to me.  Someone at the shop did drop something on the hood and windshield, but they were obviously not one of the paint guys, as they did a horrible job concealing the damage.  I'm sure if the shop management knew about the damage they would have fixed it correctly.  My wife was p***** and took the car back to Diamond to show them the poorly covered up scratches and they quickly cleaned them up and were less accusatory with her.

Had they been honest with me initially and offered to replace the windshield and or pay my full deductible w/o all the suggestions that I was trying to rip them off I would have been satisfied, but denying their own photos and first suggesting I was being deceitful about new damage and then calling it old really p***** me off.  They should find out who was prepping my car prior to paint and drill that guy for not reporting damage caused to our car!

They were very prompt in getting a quote for me and very friendly.  I brought the van in later that week to have it serviced.   Turns out that they were given the wrong part # by the Toyota parts department.  Was originally quoted about $115 to replace a cable.  The correct part was $1100 (included the door motor), plus another $500 for installation.  As that was a huge difference, I did not elect to have the work done.  They fixed the door so it opens and closes manually for me at no cost and with a heartfelt apology.
I found them to be very professional and very friendly and will go back to get more work done by them.  If I do decide to get my automatic door fixed, I will have them do it.

I submitted it as a claim on my insurance.  Ben started doing the work and in the middle my claim was denied. It wasn't like he could stop and put it back the way it was.  What makes him and his work ethic the best was he did everything he could to make it easier on me financially while keeping the quality of the work. He even washed my car when it was all done...  I can't thank him enough!! Would definitely recommend! :)

Fabulous. Gil arranged for a rental company to pick me up after I dropped off my car. Knowing I was paying $1,000 deductible, he dramatically reduced the paint charge for me.
I overheard other interactions with customers and learned that Gil and his staff have high service standards. He is also a Rotary member, abiding by the 4 way business test of integrity.

I was referred to this shop by another service provider that had put a scratch on my Mercedes. When I took the vehicle there to have the repairs done I asked them if they could repair a small ding on my passenger door. The shop owner Mike agreed to make the minor repair. I was getting ready to leave town to go on vacation so I made arrangement for my employee to drop my car off after I left. The car was immaculate other than these two small scratches. My employee dropped the vehicle off on Tuesday 4/29. From what I understand, the shop owner called my employee on Friday 5/2 to let him know that the vehicle was ready for pick up. My employee said that he would stop by Saturday to pick it up. My employee did not make it there on Saturday to pick up the vehicle. On Monday Mike called my employee to see how he liked the work. My employee stated that he did not make it to pick up the vehicle. Mike, the shop owner left the vehicle parked in the alley WITH THE KEY IN IT! This was a $65,000 (what I paid) Mercedes Benz in perfect condition! It was stolen. Mike did not even realize that the vehicle was stolen until Monday. The story goes from bad to worse from here. My vehicle was recovered on Wednesday morning. A vehicle that was immaculate inside and out that I took in for two minor scratches was destroyed inside. I'm now going through the insurance company who insists that their only responsibility is to repair the vehicle. It was smoked in (cigarettes and weed), made filthy, door panels cut out, speakers ripped out, tire blown out, front end damaged. It will never, ever be the same and I will never drive it again. I would not take my car there EVER, EVER AGAIN,

I had hooked my bumper and pulled it out and broken off some brackets. The owner gave me an estimate for replacing my bumper, then pulled my truck around and secured my bumper and would not charge me for the work that he did. I will definately use Sullivans for any body work that I need and will refer my friends to him as well.

Repair work was excellent. Price was better than competition. Only negative was that the car was not ready when promised and phone call to let me know was not received. I only found out when I called to arrange pick up.

The repair work was paid for by an opposing parties insurance so I was apprehensive about control of quality. Gilson's has a specific service person assigned to individual insurance companies and that relationship makes dealing with claims and extras very efficient. My service rep was Don Lauderback who was very friendly, thorough and professional. However, every employee in the building with whom I had contact had the same friendly customer service attitude.
