    Advanced Pro Remediation LLC
Advanced pro did a fantastic Job from start to finish. I had a major water leak under kitchen sink, which spread to my floor. Floors were warped and mold started growing under sink. When I called them, they came out immediately and started work the same day. Everyone from the office staff to the guys on the job were professional, hard working, and always showed up when they said they would. I am so very pleased with the results and had my kitchen back a lot faster then the quotes I received from other companies. I would highly recommend Advanced Pro. Their an honest company you can depend on. Thanks so much Shawn and the whole crew at Advanced Pro!

    Vision Flooring Inc
Vision flooring did an amazing job!!! They had to remove tile from my dining room and carpet from my bedroom and living room and they put new carpet and vinyl plank down. Quality of work and material is great and you cant beat there price. They also have wonderful customer service!!! They are the best in town. I had received quotes from Home Depot and Lowes prior to calling them and I wish I called them, you cant beat what they have to offer. They get the job done the right way and quickly.

At first Giuseppe was ok but after the second day he would act very unprofessional and challenge any comments I had. He would talk down to me and ridicule me for telling him how I wanted the tile cut and placed. He didn't want to cut the tiles to fit the right way; maybe because his tile saw was a piece of junk and I ... yes me the customer, had to fix his saw so it would cut tile smoothly and evenly. All I got from the second day on was a headache from Giusseppe with reasons of why he couldn't place the tile correctly because the tile was too long or different sizes from the factory... (isn't that what a tile saw is for?). I had to yell at Giussepe and tell him " I am the boss here,... I am paying you and this is what I want", etc, etc and I still kept getting back talk from him about tile being a 1/16" to 1/8" different in size and how it was not possible to fit the tile. I continuously told him he would have to cut the larger tiles to fit and he would complain like I was pulling teeth out of him!!!! After the grout was installed I exposed the drain and he had not properly aligned the bolt holes properly and it looked like a rookie had installed it. I called him and told him about it and once again he belittled and argued with me and told me I was wrong. I was forced to modify the drain on my own to correct his mistake. Next, when the a temporary shower curtain went in and I stood in front of the walls, I spotted the misalignment of the tiles. I called Giuseppe and he claimed he told me about the larger tiles and I agreed on the misalignment....... pure BS! Why he didn't cut a 1/16th" to 1/8" off the tiles to get the correct alignment is beyond me but now I'm stuck with a crappy tile job and after calling Giuseppe to fix his mistakes, he said he would have to charge me to fix HIS MISTAKES. I am filing a complaint with the Contractors board, the BBB and posting bad reviews for ARTILE (Giuseppe) on Yelp, Home advisor, etc. and will be taking ARTILE to small claims court to get my tile job fixed. I regret so much hiring Giuseppe......... I found him to be an arrogant, know-it-all rookie tile setter who couldn't even maintain his own wet-saw so that it would cut smoothly. In my opinion it was a huge mistake to hire him. And then, when I paid him, he made a big deal about cutting him a separate check for $200.00, made out to him so his wife wouldn't know! And he complained about not getting paid cash so he had to pay taxes.... constantly complaining like a little girl!!! from tiles not perfect from the factory to how hard the epoxy grout was to install to having to cut too many tiles and on and on!!!! THE WORST CONTRACTOR I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTED!!!!

It was a long and dirty project so if you think this is something that will be easy to live with while in progress your not being realistic. It took the better part of three weeks and you WILL need earplugs when they jackhammer out the old tile. The dust created was unbelievable and even though they cleaned up the mess they made during the work we still had a cleaning crew come in and "detail" the rooms after completion. They "worked around" us as we lived in the home while this job was in progress. Big items of furniture were covered with plastic but as has been said, it is a VERY dusty process. Included in the cost of this project is the installation was the cost of the tile being installed with a "diagonal" pattern. This means the tile is rotated so that the grouted seams will be continuous (within reason) from the back wall of the home to front door. This adds a cost to the project and I can't remember what percentage it was but if you have them do the work they will give you a duel estimate with and without this type of work.

This was a difficult eval to write. The quality of work was an "A" when they first started working, but as time went on, they did a couple of things to bring down their overall rating. There was about 1/2 inch strip in front of the kitchen sink side of the kitchen that doesn't have any tile or filler even. There is also a spliced job that was created because of miss measuring. The clean up process was not done to satisfaction either. There is dirt all over the house in places on non-normal usage, like by the hinges on the doors. Also, I've found a couple of mounds of solidified grout by the corner of the garage, by my mesquite tree and on the backyard sidewalk. Some of this was brought up with the supervisor who dismissed it as normal wear and tear. Other incidents were found later. I am sorry things ended poorly, because everyone was so enjoyable to begin with. Had they finished about 3 days before they actually did finish, I would have given all A's. I really had enjoyed their enthusiasm and initiative. Even though I gave them B's, I do love the look of my house. The whole effect is uplifting and feels more spacious. I'll upload some pictures of the living room and dining room to show how beautiful it is. I will not show you pictures of the problem areas.

Perfectly. Don (the owner) gave us a fair price and an honest and accurate timeline for the work involved. Every employee that I had interaction with was personable and professional. The end result is great. I will use this company again when I am ready to replace the rest of the carpeting in my home.

    Ute Construction and Arrow Restoration
I had water  damage from a leaking bathroom skylight that had progressed over more than ten years. Family medical priorities resulted in foregoing repairs for too long, hence my homeowners insurance would not touch this.
My wife's illnesses were severe enough that I could not consider getting the work done without further complicating her conditions.
When my wife passed away in April, I made the decision to proceed with the necessary work before any further damage occurred.
My son-in-law recommended Ute Construction, because he had personal good relations with them, and he assured me they were top notch professionals.
I let them know that I was paying out-of-pocket for the work. Mr. Ed Mahoney of Ute Construction came by, looked it over and offered to work with me on restoring my bathroom and working with me on costs.
Ute and their associated subs were extremely professional, and the work progressed in a timely manner, with a few small delays, which are expected anytime there involves subs and materials.
I cannot overemphasize the professionalism and quality of work. All the workers were friendly, helpful and involved me in every step of the way.
They did not cut corners on work quality or materials, but did streamline the costs for me, which is very much appreciated.
I would recommend Ute Construction to anyone who wants quality work, a fair price, and results in a timely manner.
I was very lucky that my son-in-law recommended Ute.
