Computers can be serviced in the convenience of your home and all repeat customers are eligible for remote access computer repair services. We offer concierge-level computer & technology consulting, which includes hardware and software repair and upgrades, security, networking, problem resolution, data protection and recovery, virus and malware removal, installations and training. We do the jobs that the Geek Squad can't do or won't do! All services bill out at $50 / hour with a $75 minimum (1.5 hours) for on-site calls. Big Shot also specializes in high quality video production services. Services include, but are not limited to the following: video filming and editing, format conversions, Internet video, promotional video, photo memorabilia / tribute videos, home movie (reels) transfer to DVD, video/CD/DVD duplication, audio cassette and LP to CD transfers, video tape repair, PowerPoint transfers and anything else related to video. We did a red carpet event coming into the reunion where family members could print their pictures right on the spot. He is very professional and on time. He is excellent and came in with a very fair price. He was very honest with me through the who process. His pictures he took were amazing.
