I was truly impressed when tech Nick declared a 20 year + ac unit at another property ok... rather than want to sell me a new unit ..I had Nick come to our residence and found him to be ,trustworthy,knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work out contracts etc .. an awesome crew replaced a 20 + year old furnace and ac system...Nick showed up to ensure progress and answer questions... We later replaced a leaking water heater at another property... Tech Todd showed up within the hour! and made the plans to replace it .. Again work was completed as scheduled and in a professional manner... We would highly recommend this Company for heating,air, plumbing etc work! AZoe Solar and Window CleaningWe had our solar panels and windows cleaned by Zoe Solar and Window Cleaning on 8-9-2020 and can highly recommend them. Owner Kevin Panche and his team were on time, professional, and responsive to our many questions before the day of the cleaning. Unlike other companies we contacted, they will clean solar panels that are installed on a steep roof (like ours), taking necessary safety precautions. They thoroughly cleaned the solar panels, including underneath, and on their recommendation we also had them cover the panels with netting, which keeps the pigeons off. Apparently solar panels can get dirty pretty quickly – we had ours installed in November 2019 and between the pigeons and weather, they were already in need of a cleaning in just over 6 months. They also cleaned our window screens and windows, inside and out. They used specialized equipment on the outside and high-end squeegees on the inside. Kevin pointed out where previous window cleanings had resulted in scratches on the glass due to the use of cheap equipment. FThe gal came 6/10/2019 and did a good job. The problem was that I was automatically signed up for a recurring service. It has been a nightmare to cancel. I have had to dispute 2 charges before I was finally contacted by the company. There is no place to cancel on line. My only choices were to skip and reschedule. I finally received confirmation of cancelation today (7/08/2019). They offered to refund 50% of today's service. I told them this was unacceptableI as I never requested the service to begin with. I will never use this company again.

AThe guys that arrived were courteous, professional, and explained everything that they were going to do. After cleaning, they asked me to have a look at the the work, and I could see a difference as there had been a lot of traffic going inland out for other work that needed to be "erased." The carpet looked fresh and clean. I am going to have them come again to clean 2 upholstered side chairs. I am also going to send some larger wool area rugs to be cleaned at their facility. I'm not needing to use those rugs since I have all carpet at the moment, but I want them to be cleaned so I can store them for perhaps another time when I decide to get wooden floors installed.

BThis is kind of a mixed review, so hard to figure out the letter score to give them. We had Evergreen come out on 12/10/18 and clean our carpets, two sofas, lazy-boy chair, and two beds at our house. We also had them take three area rugs of different manufacturers/size to be cleaned. We had just had 6 months of renovation work and the place needed to be cleaned. The good: I cannot say enough how pleasant and professional all of their staff have been during the times I have talked with them and had them out. They were on time. The cleaning of the rugs and sofas/chair was probably the best I have ever had from any carpet cleaning company. I highly recommend that you use them to clean your carpet and sofas, I will use them again for this. The bad: do not, DO NOT, have them clean your beds or rugs. Both beds (of different ages and manufacturers) had a chemical smell left in them. The quality manager came out twice and reworked the beds, I have no fault in Evergreen’s efforts and professional attitude. But we have had the two beds in the garage for a month and a half and the odor has not gone away – so we have had to buy new beds to replace them. The three rugs were a variety of quality, age, and manufacturer, but all were returned with a heavy soap /chemical smell. Once again, the Evergreen team was very professional and picked them back up and rewashed and kept them for almost 2 weeks. Alas, they still have the odor, they are out in the garage, we are hoping that at least the best of them will eventually off-gas. So, carpet/sofas = Yes! Beds/rugs = NO!
