    Huge thank you to Tom at Nevada Smart Home Solutions for our ring doorbell install.  We already had the doorbell and only paid $50 for installation but he said they offer the door bell and installation for $199.00. The install was completed very quickly and he took the time to walk me through all functions of the app. 5 stars I cannot recommend him more!     Today's Energy Store has performed other services in the past so when I asked them to refer me to another company, I didn't hesitate when they said the now have a line of windows that they are proud to carry. The crew was punctual and professional throughout the process! They cleaned up after themselves leaving barely a trace of their work. These windows are fantastic quality while still being very reasonably priced.

    We only did two windows that are part of a remodel but, they operate so smoothly and most important, will now block the heat from getting in/out and drafts that were experienced before that we will be scheduling replacement of the balance.

    We contacted Andres about our situation and asked us if we could email pictures of the outdoor wall.�� We did, by the end of the day, he contacted us saying that he would need to make the holes bigger in order to repair the wall, install new wiring and insulation.�� This was a Monday, Andres said that he could come by on Friday.�� He would call on Thursday with a time of arrival.�� He called on Thursday saying he would be here at 8AM on Friday.�� He arrived on time, we discussed what would need to be done, and he went right to work.�� The insulation, wiring, plastering and stucco were done in about an hour, had to let the plaster cure for 90 minutes before painting.�� Andres left to grab a bite to eat.�� He came back in 90 minutes and painted the stucco with left over paint we had.�� The job was completed by 11AM.
    Andres was very professional in his work.�� He communicated everything he did for us clearly, my husband has hearing aides and did not have a problem understanding Andres
    If we needed any other plaster repairing work, Andres is my go to guy!!

    We were extremely impressed with Bill and his crew. Bill's initial inspection of our attic - we have an older home, so it had a lot of air leaks and basically no insulation to speak of - was thorough. That being the case, we thought the cost of the work was extremely reasonable given everything that was done. 
    The work crew came on time and completed the job professionally. 
    Our air conditioner is already starting to run more efficiently and we would use this provider again for a full home energy audit and/or solar panels.

    My father and I have been trying to reach Tommy, owner of Solar E-Click for weeks in search of final service regarding the PEC credits and paperwork for our solar systems, as well as the $2000+ refund owed to us.
    We originally contracted the installation of solar panels with Tommy through his previous company Vast Green Decor & Electric in middle 2014. The project was completed under the new company, Solar E-Click. Due to numerous delays, the panels took approximately 5-6 months for final installation and activation.
    Some of the issues were outside of Tommy's control (e.g. discontinuation of the panels from LG). Many of the issues, however, were due to business practices and should have been within Tommy's control. These included:  (1) lack of communication from him and his staff after a sizable deposit of $40,000 was made for the products and services. We would try to contact Tommy via cell phone, text or Email and usually would not hear back. Several times, I had to let Tommy know I would be contacting the BBB or an attorney if he did not respond. (2) In a number of instances, I was told lies by the staff regarding the status of our project. One instance was that the panels had arrived in the US but were taken by another company. Most lies involved being told that someone from the company would return phone calls, but they did not. Other lies included being told something would be done on a certain date, but no one would show up to do the work. (3) In some instances, it was clear that Tommy's staff was failing to communicate with him effectively. Whether this was due to the company's growth (an excuse Tommy gave me repeatedly) or another reason, these failures led to continued delays and untruths told to us, the consumers who had paid a sizable sum for the product. Supposedly, problems such as these (in particular related to our situation/contract) led to the firing of the majority of the company's staff around December 2014. 
    In November/December, my father was told by Tommy at the time final payment was made that we were due a sizable refund due to the delays that had taken place over the previous months. I was told the same thing on numerous occasions, whether on the phone or when I had an in-person meeting with Tommy. These refunds were reimbursing us for additional costs incurred due to the problems and delays with installation of the solar panels. In good faith, we paid the final amount, and have yet to hear back from Tommy regarding the refund or the completion/discussion of the PEC paperwork for the two properties.
    On January 26th I contacted Tommy via text, asking about the status of this refund and information we had requested numerous times about the PEC credits that are part of our solar panel installation. Tommy responded "I'm in a meet I will get back to you as soon as I can," but I have not heard from him since this time. My father has also contacted Tommy numerous times since the 26th asking for Tommy to reply to him directly. As of today, February 9th 2015, there has been no contact from Tommy, Vast Green Concepts or Solar E-Click. 
    At this time, our service has not been completed although the payment has been made in full, over $60,000. Such services were specified in the contract and verbally by the company's owner and should be provided as promised. The refund owed us has also not been provided and is long overdue. 
    We have reported this company's behavior and inaction to the Better Business Bureau and may be forced to take additional steps for resolution of the issue. 
    We would expect that our contract would be honored, that the job would be completed, that paperwork would be handled, that the questions we have would be answered, and that - most importantly - Tommy would return our communications in a timely manner. Additionally, the agreed-upon refund discussed and agreed upon MUST be honored and remitted to the consumer.

    I really liked working with and talking to Bill who handles the insulation side of the business. He was a down to earth guy who took the time to answer all of my questions. He was on time, very professional and actually responds to emails in a timely manner. Their price was competitive with other quotes I received for the same job. The only reason we went with another provider was a time issue where we needed the job done ASAP. This was not on them at all, we were just in a rush and didn't want to wait 2 weeks. I deal with a lot of providers and this will be the first company on my list for insulation in the future, and I'm hard to impress!

    The team replacing the doors did an outstanding job of measuring the doors to ensure the existing shutters would fit the new doors; repairing the door surround; and installing.  Although the crew for the insulation also did a great job of cleaning behind themselves, within a few hours my house was covered with a layer of "dust" from the insulation.  Given I asked before hand if that would happen and had been told it would not, I was very disappointed.  They did however offer to pay for the house being cleaned which showed a commitment to customer satisfaction.

    The two workers showed up on time as promised and went about their job in a very professional manner.  They put up plastic covers on everything in my garage and laundry room to protect my belongings from the dust of the insulation.  First they sprayed the radiant barrier on the inside of my roof, then installed 2 pallet loads of blown-in "green" insulation in the attic.  My house has vaulted ceilings, and the attic is tricky to get to in some areas, but these two men knew what they were doing and covered the entire roof and attic.  Then they removed the covers and swept/vacuumed up all leftover dust and insulation.  By the time they were done, you could not tell they had been there except by going up in the attic to see the silver coating and all the fresh insulation.
    They had promised to get the job done in 1 1/2 to 2 days, and they were finished in less then one day.  I was very impressed with the knowledge, expertise and professionalism of the installers and of the estimator and salesman.  All in all a very pleasant experience.

    They came over on June 19 and did the work described above.  It took them two days and everything went well.  Bill was over several times while his team was working and he was great at answering all the questions we had.  They were considerate of the house and cleaned up afterwards.  Everything is great!!  The fans are working perfectly and the house is sooooo much cooler now with that great  insulation.  We are now considering having them install some solar panels.  Great guys, great materials and great quality.  I would use them again in a heartbeat!!!!
