    I will leave it at one star since I still think it's the cleanest gym I've ever been in and I've been in a few in the last 40 years. I joined this club because it was close to home and the 24 hour fitness close to this location closed in Jan 2017. After visiting this location I went home to think about it because it was completely different than every other gym I've been a member of. I went home and decided to join and did it online. I read the online page that said you could bring in a guest as a member for free. I thought this was a really cool feature that NO other gym offered and I have a son at that time was 12. When I went into this club to finish my membership I asked the young red headed girl behind the counter about bringing a guest and she said yes that is no problem. About a year later when my son turned 13 I brought him and AFTER I checked in I asked the woman behind the counter what I needed to do to for my son to come in as a guest. She was NEW and another employee had to show her how to put him in the system using his telephone # as his login. He has been coming in with me for OVER a year and we have not had a problem as this was set up and everything was great. Fast forward to 5/31/2018 around 3:15PM my son and I came in and after I checked in I went to start my workout and my son came up and told me that he couldn't workout because I was NOT a black card member. Well this has been going on for OVER A YEAR and I was told by at least 3 different employees that is was good to go for him to come in under my membership. Well after a short round of conversation with the on duty manager that is severely lacking in customer service acumen I left pretty upset that there was not even an effort to come to a conclusion we could both work with... He was right... I was wrong and that was his stance. I dropped my son off at home and proceeded to find a different club. I contemplated not having a club that was as clean as PF but without the "Third Reich" rules and regulations and the customer service I got from my "NEW" club is already 10 fold better than PF. I did my workout and left to go to Lake Meade/Blder HWY PF to cancel my membership and the manager had a complete lapse in customer service and showed absolutely no sign of wanting to work with me. He said I cam in HOT and gave him no choice. (If you had been doing something for OVER a YEAR that 3 different employees told you was OK and even set it UP in front of you, WOULDN'T YOU be upset too?) My stance from here on out is that I will DRIVE out of my way to go to a club that has better customer service and will work with their customers because they care that you are there.... I got NONE of that from PF or its manager on duty. When 3 different employees tell you that you are good to go with bringing a guest you take that word as club gold. Ignorance or lack of knowledge of your empolyees IS NOT A GOOD EXCUSE nor a reason to degrade a customer. Manger on duty was clearly agitated and was mumbling under his breath at the back end of the counter with his back turned. I called him on it and asked if he would like to settle this outside. Not for the $10 membership, but because I felt completely disrespected. I would like an apology from the owner of this club and for gods sake make your managers take some lessons on customer service.

    I hired Jason and my dad is now stronger than he has been in years. Jason comes to his apartment three times per week and puts him through his exercises. His physical therapists are so impressed by his progress that they discharged him to just continue working with Jason. We are very pleased. Jason is professional and amicable and my father enjoys his company.

    I like it.  It's a nice smaller gym.  It's very clean.  You can hire a trainer through them.  It's not one of the bigger giant gym's but it's a really nice size gym.  They have plenty of equipment.  It fits my needs.  Extremely reasonable prices.  They always have deals.  Extremely affordable.  I've been using them for ten years.

    The experience was good. I like their service, equipments and I like their convenience. The customer service is very conscience and we've never had any problems with that. We've been members for over 15 years. When we need anything from them they communicate and they are responsive. They gave us a great deal when we signed up me and my wife a couple of years ago.

    I recently changed credit cards which resulted in LVAC not being able to bill me. I started receiving automated phone calls once or twice a day asking me to update my account. No call from any person just these automated ones. The more of them I received, the more I tended to ignore them. Began to feel a little like harassment, though I ascribe no motive to LVAC in this regard. Should mention that my monthly membership is 22.00.
    Today I received a call from a person in billing. He stated that, in addition to two months of back payments (44.00), LVAC was charging me an additional 50.00 because my existing credit card information was declined. When I asked about whether the charge was justified, based on my existing contract, he pointed to one sentence on the back page under credit card info which gave the company permission to do so.
    I was at fault in not notifying LVAC about the change in credit card information. I want to be clear about that. Important to note as well is that no one mentioned anything about this occurring at the point of membership nor did a person from billing contact me before these charges started to accumulate. LVAC had no obligation to do so. The contract is mine. I should have read every sentence. This being said, what occurred does tell me something about the corporate culture of LVAC.
    Will not be renewing my contract.

    Not very well.  I decided to go with Dr. Vogel despite poor comments on Angie's List because she was close and accepted Humana.  I call office for an appointment and was told, I had to wait 30 days and recall.  I did that.  After thirty days I called again.  I was told that I needed thirty days and I replied that I had called thirty days ago and was recalling.  They said they had no record. I made seven trips to office to attempt to schedule an appointment and finally got one. After a week , my appointment was rescheduled.  After calling several times and being hung up on (inadvertently) and treated very rudely by the staff, I got a call and was advised they had not received any medical information.  I had given them all the information and filled out all the forms.  My appointment was cancelled.  I said, enough, I quit and scheduled with another Endocrinologist, Dr. Brian Berilowitz who is wonderful.  Their staff incompetence and rudeness should not be tolerated.  They  do not understand who the customer is.  I never did get to see a Doctor.

    He is a good listener and doesn't judge. I was comfortable with him. And he knew about certain issues other doctors never even asked me about. The Office waiting room is small, the desk staff were fine. No complaints. Easy parking too.

    I received a deal on a uniform and two weeks of classes so I could try it out and my son could see if he liked it. Coach Freeman, my initial contact was very nice, sat down and talked to both of us, made my son feel comfortable and asked what we wanted to get out of the classes. We met again after a week of classes and my son loved it. His instructors, Mr. Scott and the others were all great and he wanted to continue so I signed him up. It is not cheap, but it is worth it.

    I go there every day and have a family membership. I pay about $80 monthly for the three members of my family. Two big reasons why I go there is because of the large volume of classes and the indoor/outdoor pool. The environment is awesome and the facility has a well-thought-out floor plan. Everyone is very nice. When I joined the gym they took me on a personal tour.
