    Their service was just excellent. Appointment was easy to schedule for a few days afterwards, despite the short notice. The staff was very friendly and Dr Wilbur was patient, communicative, and performed the procedure with great bedside manner. Billing took a while to be processed, but that's more on the insurance's side, of course. Very much recommended, they have now made lifelong patients of us.

    Following a root canal on tooth #3, I went to Dr. Luth to obtain the necessary crown. The best quality of Dr. Luth is his deep knowledge and superior ability to give patients Cerec crown restorations. He understands the importance of preserving as much tooth structure as possible and his concentration and meticulous technique is evident at all times. At the same time, he is the kindest, and most personable dentist I have met. He does not rush anyone. After nearly three years, the crown is still strong, in great condition and doing its job to protect that tooth. // I met Dr. Luth in 2014 when I went to get an onlay to address molar discomfort and also for an examination. He did all of the x-ray and conebeam imaging. But his treatment plan following the exam was too aggressive. Much of this plan stemmed from the use of his Diagnodent laser cavity detection pen that claimed I had several cavities. I do not trust Diagnodent. It yields too many inaccurate readings and false positives. I prefer more traditional methods of examination (explorer, x-rays, visual inspection).// Kelly is a really high-energy and fun hygienist. But I felt pressured with potential extra work following the 2014 cleaning I had. She got serious after measuring my pockets and told me that I would have to come back in three months for further evaluation to get a possible root planning appointment if things didn't improve. I don't know what it is about hygienists but some of them tend to make me feel terrible about myself. I think a better way to communicate it would be to just be more positive and don't bring up root planning plans until it is determined at the next six month check-up that the patients self care has not improved pocket depth. Since then, I have taken much better care in terms of proper flossing and brushing and have received decent pocket depth reports from my current dentist.// I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Luth for anyone who needs a crown. He is the best in the valley for Cerec same-day porcelain crowns. Even if you have no insurance and have to pay full price, he is worth it. If I ever need another crown, he would be the first person that I would call. I would have loved to continue going to him for checkups and general dentistry needs because he is a great guy. But the bottom line is that I am afraid of overtreatment. This is why I only feel comfortable with him if I am getting a crown.

    I have read good reviews for Smile Design Center so I phoned and made an appointment. My appointment was for 11 am. I arrived about 1050 am and filled out the normal paperwork for new patients. At 1135 am I was finally noticed and taken into an exam room. (Waited over half an hour for a normal appointment.) Then I was told I would not see the dentist at all... only the dental hygienist for the cleaning and not for another hour. I thought this was poor scheduling and I expect to see a dentist at some point simply for a quick exam at an appointment. Next issue. I am not comfortable with most dentists practices of x-rays every six months. I spoke about this when I made my appointment. I was told twice I would not be required to take x-rays for the teeth cleaning only. I was very clear to ask if x-rays were required and I was told no twice. Then after I waited over 30 minutes for my appointment I was told the office requires x-rays. I am not happy with this type of bait and switch information.

    Gave them my insurance info, service was ok. A month later they call me and say my insurance was not in their network and that I had to pay cash for work done. Problem 1, they called me a month after the work was done. Problem 2, they told me I was covered at the office. If I wasn't in the network, no problem, I would of went somewhere else but when the front desk lady tells me Im covered, I dont expect their to be any issues. You can tell a lot about a business when something goes wrong or when they make a mistake and how they handle themselves. I brought this issue up with Brad Wilber and he could care less and was actually insulting over the phone and very argumentative. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL---FELT LIKE I WAS SCAMMED---AND TREATED UNFAIRLY

    Quickly and painlessly. The dentist has much experience and it shows in his work. Both he and his staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They take their time explaining everything and answering all your questions. He actually worked with and on my husband, however, I will be making an appointment within the next few weeks to have major work done as well.

    I was told by at least 2 large dental groups in Henderson, NV that I needed a "deep cleaning" The charge for this service, with all the extras they charge for, for all 4 quadrants is about $1000. Also, the service needs to be done 4 times a year for a total cost of $4000! Ouch! Also, my research showed that this process may sensitize your teeth so you cant tolerate hot or cold on the teeth. These dental groups also refused to do a routine cleaning. So since 2005, I didn't have a cleaning done up till the time I visited Dr Sanford's office in about 2014. He told me my gums were fine and a routing cleaning was all that was necessary. His charge was very reasonable. So I have had cleanings twice a year and my gums and teeth are healthy. The charges for two cleanings per year have amounted to less than 10% of what the other clinics wanted to charge for unnecessary and risky procedures. The cleanings, also, were done without any local or general anesthesia, were thorough and were done with very little discomfort. The other dental groups told me I would have to have, in addition to the $4000 annual charge, at a minimum,4 quadrants of local anesthesia. I don't have a figure for that additional cost, but based on their other charges I figure it would be at least $75 to $100 per quadrant or a total of $300 to $400 per visit with four visits per year in addition to the annoual cost of $4000. Dr Sanford also had to repair several fillings done by these other groups, that were done inadequately. These were at a very reasonable cost. Dr. Sanford, also is very gentle and is the most pain free dentist I have ever visited. I give him my highest recommendation. He has my complete trust. Also, I am a retired M.D., (lorthopaedic surgery).

    He tries to up sell me, that's another reason why I'm leaving. He is over priced and doesn't work with my insurance company. He makes us pay for it before he does the work. He got $865 for my husbands crown, my husband got the crown, they turned it into the insurance company, and they got paid another $875. I'm still fighting with them over that. When I called them about it, they said that it was an up charge for a better product, and we talked to your husband about that. My husband said, no they didn't. That's what I would tell people, and I wouldn't recommend them. One time I called and I was in dire need, their office people wouldn't get me in. The office environment is nice, it's all new. They are very punctual, and they are very evasive. There is still something showing up on my bill from five years ago. They did a crown on my husband that lasted a year and then gouged him for a second crown. I won't be using these people anymore, I have already found a new dentist.
