    Crovetti, Dr. Michael J.
Excellent all the way around! Dr Crovetti is the best. He took the time to answer all my questions about the procedure. I knew all the steps before I went into surgery. His staff took care of all aspects of the paperwork in a professional and friendly manner. I am doing great. Highly recommend!

First off, this review pertains to the Warm Springs location PHYSICAL THERAPY DEPARTMENT! My surgeon and his staff are outstanding , but PT is horrible. They DO NOT LISTEN TO PATIENTS ESPECIALLY CONCERNING PATIENT SAFETY. They are indifferent to patient's concerns (i.e. pain, safety, and areas that need to be focused on). They might as well be "fixing" toasters for the amount of concern they provide patients. I am now private paying for additional PT because Desert Orthopedics Warm Spring PT wasted my time and money; along with having horrible customer service and no bedside manner. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY HERE!!!

My children went to this school for almost two years.  I did not realize how dysfunctional this school was until my children started going somewhere else.  My eyes are now open to some of the unacceptable practices that take place here that are damaging children's developing self esteem and self image.
For parents who send your children to this school, please ask your children probing questions about how they are talked to and what they are allowed to do.  Sadly, I did not ask enough questions.
My pre-school age child was repeatedly told by one teacher (who is related to the director of the school) that he was bad and was
not allowed to play with the "good" kids.  I talked to the school administration about it, things changed for about a week, but then back to the same thing.  Being a concerned parent, and trying to determine if my child was really that bad, I contacted multiple other teachers at the school and all told me that my son was no more of a handful than the other kids and the real problem was the "untouchable" attitude of the assistant teacher.   About a month after I complained about the assistant teacher, I was called by the school director and told my son was no longer allowed to attend because of his bad behavior. When I asked who was consulted in this decision I was told the assistant teacher (who I had complained about) and the owner. Not my son's actual teacher, who had just told me earlier in the week that he was bright, sweet, and had a lot of potential. Furthermore, I found out from my son after he
stopped attending the school that the same assistant teacher told him he needed obedience training (like a dog) and that he would always be bad.  These words have really scarred my son and he routinely brings them up when I tell him he is a good boy. He says, "no, I am not.  Mr XX says I will always be a bad boy."  Simply sad.
I should have been looking out for red flags. Sadly, I assumed that since this was a Christian school and some of the people were very nice that it must be a good place.
They have a high turnover rate for teachers and most teachers have been there less than a year.  There was even a former teacher picketing outside the school one day.
When I would go to the school and always see children running amuck, I thought it was normal (I had nothing to compare it to).  The "curriculum" involves a lot of free play and recess time.  When it comes to outside time, the inmates appear to be running the asylum.  There is no structure or thorough supervision while outside.  The teachers seem to be spread very thin and are constantly bouncing between rooms.  At the end of the day I would ask the adult in charge how my kids were that day and most times the answer was, "I don't know.  I just got put in this room."
The cameras that are touted as a safety feature do not work during nap time and routinely there is only one teacher left with the 20+ kids in the dark.
I recognize my children are not angels and sometimes make poor choices. But I believe all children deserve respect and support and not everyone is given that at Henderson Christian Academy.

I did not have service because the posting was wrong on Angie's List.. it said the service covered the Henderson Green Valley area. But this particular service was not offered in that location. As such, I was very unhappy and did not receive the service.. I need a refund or credit to be used elsewhere.

    Orthopedic Institute Henderson
I would rate him outstanding in everything. I've been using him for 6 years. He's done everything. He has taken cared of all my needs. He's an exception to the medical practice where he'll sit and talk and tell you exactly what the problems are. He's not looking to get you out of his office quickly. His personality is fabulous.

Met with Betsy Botsford, PT. First day was evaluation remaining days were treatment. I had been to two other Phys Therapy firms with no/little success.  Betsy and the entire staff took interest in my case. I am an avid hiker and my knees were preventing me from any kind of aggressive hikes I was accustomed.
After 3 mos my knees are 95% healed. I have been taking grueling rock climbing in Red Rock and Mt Charleston with no pain or discomfort.  All I can say is that these folks are magicians. I highly recommend them.

I tried to explain to the lady who answered the phone that I chose the offer based on location in my own city and that driving to Las Vegas was out of the question. She cooly advised me to contact Angie's List for any refund. I believe it was false advertising to show facilities that are not included in the offer.

As I had paid for the service in advance through PayPal, I was able to request a refund from them. Be very careful when paying for services in advance!!!

Dr. Singer is awesome.  I have only had two visits in which she adjusted my back.  She took the time to listen to me and answer my questions.  For me, she used a low impact device called an Activator, instead of the traditional manual hand bone manipulation.  This method of treatment seems to be helping.  My pain level is decreasing in only two visits.  I would highly recommend Dr. Shana Singer.

After trying two other places, I finally found someone that would give me decent treatment.  First place to give me a muscle relaxant that was compatible with meds I was already taking, gave me decent pain pills, and ended up injecting fluid near my spine to remove pain.  Gerbach or Gerlach was MD, very good.
