ASterling Van LinesI was extremely pleased with this experience. Having moved previously, I was aware that many companies do not like small loads, and the thought of shipping furniture by UPS was daunting. I used my favorite search engine to search on "small load moves" and Sterling was near the top. Although I was in TX, I called the LA number and spoke with some really helpful people, who immediately set to work to arrange a pickup in my limited time frame. Delivery at my house was hampered by a curvy driveway with 8 per cent grade near the bottom. Delivery crew brought a smaller truck and navigated the driveway beautifully, carrying the pieces a bit further in order to avoid damage to driveway walls. All came together beautifully, and the furniture arrived in NV within the four week window I hoped for. All that, and the delivery driver accepted payment by credit card. So different from moves I made years ago! I am no longer afraid of the prospect of moving a small load. I will definitely use these folks in the future.- Suzanne J.

BRevised Review I did not receive a response to my request for quotation. I so stated in my review on Angie's List and I rated the company F for failure to respond. Subsequent to that review being posted on Angie's List, Nicole Hilton immediately contacted me to explain that a family member was in hospital with Covid 19 at the time of my inquiry. It was Christmastime. She explained that that is why there was no response to my inquiry. She explained that they are a small, family-owned business, the implication being that they do not have the resources of a larger company. I empathize, being the founder and owner of several small businesses in the past myself. I also understand the burdens of attending to business, even under duress. I am writing now to delete the F rating and change it to a B. That rating gives Nicole the benefit of the doubt that, considering I did not receive a response at the time, she would have contacted me to explain, after the crisis had passed, what had happened, even had I not posted the negative review. I hope her family member has fully recovered and I wish her and her business well going forward.

FI had used this company successfully 4 times in the past. This time I requested a quote online as always. The response came back from a company named Professional Auto Shippers with the same phone number as Executive Auto Shippers. They sent me a price and we set the first day of pickup as May 20. Understanding the 3 day pickup window, I got concerned late on the 21st. On a phone conversation I was promised someone would call me before the end of the day. That did not happen. The next day I called at about 10 AM because we had a 2 PM flight to return to Illinois. No answer or call back. We got in the car and made the drive back in 2 days. This morning I received information from the company and a truck driver that our car would be picked up sometime today, 7 days after the first pickup date. I told the driver we had already driven the car to Illinois. I doing a little research I learned apparently this company operates under several separate names, although the phone numbers are the same and the contact person, Ray Rodriguez is the same.
