BAhlvers PlumbingGreat. Only once did we have to get them back and that was when a leak occurred under bathroom sink not connected to work that had just been completed. Came back within hours. We just shut off water under sink and waited a bit. Can't give a date as to last service but it was about Sept. or Oct of 2020. However, heat pump installed about 10 years ago or more. Would have to dig in files to determine exact dates.- Jean K.

ASt George Water HeatersThe bathroom hot faucet valves were leaking and needed replacing and have worked great since. I thought the water heater needed replacing, but he explained only the anode rod was in need of replacing. He saved me hundreds of dollars by doing so. He was so professional and explained everything so it was easily understood. I was very pleased to find the bill was far less than I expected. I was surprised to find this guy to be so professional, clean, knowledgeable, and sincerely wanting me to know exactly why he needed to do what he did. He was very interested in my satisfaction. FI had used this company successfully 4 times in the past. This time I requested a quote online as always. The response came back from a company named Professional Auto Shippers with the same phone number as Executive Auto Shippers. They sent me a price and we set the first day of pickup as May 20. Understanding the 3 day pickup window, I got concerned late on the 21st. On a phone conversation I was promised someone would call me before the end of the day. That did not happen. The next day I called at about 10 AM because we had a 2 PM flight to return to Illinois. No answer or call back. We got in the car and made the drive back in 2 days. This morning I received information from the company and a truck driver that our car would be picked up sometime today, 7 days after the first pickup date. I told the driver we had already driven the car to Illinois. I doing a little research I learned apparently this company operates under several separate names, although the phone numbers are the same and the contact person, Ray Rodriguez is the same.

Bwhen tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great

FHot water running in the shower would not turn off. Two emergency calls to D&D at 7:15 pm and 7:30 9/21. The city came out to turn the water off at 9 pm. Received a voice mail Sunday morning at 0724 returning my call. 12 hours later!

FThey told me it was a covered repair and to get the work done and submit invoice and they would reimburse us. We got it done and submitted the invoice. After 3 months of constant follow up they covered part of the parts charge and none of the labor. Then, following up again, they responded with, WE ARE CLOSING THE BUSINESS.
