ASierra Air Inc.Sierra Air is the best! their service techs are professional, knowledgeable and genuine! I called in the morning about my AC being out and I had a tech at my house that afternoon. Michael was amazing and took his time to show and explain everything to my husband and I. Turns out our unit needs replacing and Michael put in the calls to have Sierra air call us and schedule a person to come out and give me and estimate. I got a call THAT DAY! AMesquite Heat and CoolingI had just returned from a business trip and walked into a home that was hovering around 90°. I have a Nest thermostat so I knew on the road that something was wrong with my heat pump. I made a couple of calls to local companies; what a joke. One major local company insisted that I need a new six-thousand system. Another local company didn't even have somebody to talk to; everybody busy. Scrolling down the list I came across a company who is now associated with Mesquite Electric, Rager. My recommendation is to give Mesquite Electric a call ASAP if you have a question or problem with your HVAC equipment! I'm sold on these guys.- Dennis T.

AFlores Heating and Air ConditioningHe showed up in a nice company truck. Professionly dressed. Great personality. Intruced him sekfand said im here to fix your furnace. He went to the furnace and niagnosed the problem. He went to his service truck, got a gas valve and came in and replaced it. He looked at the overall furnace. Looked at the filter. Sat down with us and explained everything he found. Gave us a bill. Very nicely said good byes.- Troy H.

AJet Plumbing Heating & Drain ServicesIt went well first called and got an estimate from Jason over the phone, He has professional and knowledgeable. I called a few weeks later to schedule. The office staff was a little frustrating and almost made me second guess using them. They asked the same questions multiple times and I explained things in detail so that there weren't any surprises. They couldn't get me in for a few days. I didn't get a confirmation call so I got nervous the day of and called to make sure that they were coming and she said yes that the 2hr window was pushed from 10-12 to 11-1 and they arrived at 11:30 which was still in the original time frame. The order that they put out for the plumber said that the sink was already installed and so they didn't allot the right amount of time, he was here until 5pm working on it only due to the sink being special made and didn't fit quite right. I was lucky that I got Rick Dubuc because he was really able to think out of the box and make this work. There was a lot of work around, but in the end it got done and looks Great.- Maria C.

AAwesome, stress free experience. Royce and his partner Jake (?) were outstanding. When our truck load was 160 lbs over the truck's weight limit of 8,500 lbs, they removed their spare tools and equipment and drove the 890 miles with no more than 1/2 their fuel load to stay underweight. Nothing damaged and they were so helpful in getting all our furniture and boxes into the right places. Protected walls and floors and disassembled and reassembled beds and tables without issues. Outstanding and would hire them again. Thank you!

Bwhen tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great

DVivint is the worst company I have ever done business with. Having Vivint is a condition on my lease and, if it wasn't, I would quit in a minute. The company is so cheap about replacing malfunctioning equipment. My front door lock doesn't work and I have been working on getting a replacement for over a month. Still no luck. An appointment is not an appointment but I rough guideline to when someone may or may not show up. There are a lot of alarm companies and I could never recommend Vivint.

FThis is the first online review I've ever written -- my experience with this company was that bad. Three aspects that deserve attention: 1) I placed an order and tried to cancel six minutes later. Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization. So I ended up with a $21 refund on a $60 order, and a lesson learned about where not to buy appliance parts.
