AAll Houses CleaningThey were very good. There were a couple that was here and they were very pleasant. I talked to the company to let them know how well we liked them and asked if I could actually get this couple if I called them again to have somebody come in because they were very efficient and very polite. AThe Queen's Cleaning ServiceMy grandfather has cancer and had gotten behind on his housekeeping. My sister and I were unable to keep up as he has two dogs that shed terribly and the house had been chain smoked in for many years. I finally talked him into hiring someone and I contacted The Queen's Cleaning Service. She came out and quoted him $1000 for a deep clean. She came in with 4 women and it took a total of 48 man hours. At the end, she changed the amount to $1500. While not unreasonable for the amount of time, effort and supplies it took, my grandfather felt that she should have stuck to her original quote. The house was certainly transformed and I was more than pleased with the work they did under the circumstances. My grandfather has found that certain items he uses regularly have disappeared. None of the items were of any real value and I suspect they were thrown away because they were perceived to be past their useful lifespan. The owner recommended a bi-weekly service for maintenance but quoted "for [his] house- $185" per visit and we both felt that was a lot and I am not confident I could coax my grandfather into paying that price. However, my sister and I both have said we would hire her to do our personal homes due to the quality of work done.- Sara R.

AHigh Standards CleaningA crew of two came all the way to Ruby Valley to clean an entire house. They put in 10 hours and really cleaned !!! They were both very nice and professional and we are thrilled with the job they did. They moved furniture away from the wall and cleaned under and around hard to move furniture. ALeave It to MeI had to leave unexpectedly for 4 weeks due a death in the family and I was comforted knowing I could trust Angie to take care of my dogs and give the house a needed thorough cleaning while I was gone. Extra bonus was her organizing all my stuff as well as the loving (not just caring) she gave my 3 dogs, not to mention the various odd errands she ran and trips to/from the airport. AHigh Standards CleaningAfter getting stood up by another cleaning lady, I decided to try hiring a cleaning business. The girl I talked to was Foey and she took the job on short notice (the next day, my house was a DISASTER).When I came home from work and seen my house, I was amazed. My house has never smelled better. Foey did a fantastic job removing years of cigarette residue and staining from my carpet, walls, and window seals. My bathtub looks brand new. What I thought were irremovable stains around my tub, she removed. The girl even did a load of laundry for me at no extra cost or even being asked to. I thought that it would take at least 2 days to finish and left a $100 on the counter for her for the first day. I was surprised that I was only charged for four hours and the job was complete. I was shocked that she didn't take the extra $20 and was that honest. Will definitely do business again in the future!- Justin R.

DI had a woman on June 19. She was nice but her work was slap-dash and sloppy. I spent all the next morning cleaning what she had done and what she hadn't done. I paid for four hours and she was out my door in 3-1/2. I would never have this company again!!!!

FIn some cases they overcharged me, they destroyed my property, they installed amateurish rough cabinetry, and it took two tries to even get a reasonably okay cleaning job. My expensive and multiple problems were caused by the people who contacted me by phone thru Home Advisors to restore a small townhouse in Las Vegas which had been trashed. They say on one of their sites that they are a member of Angie’s List and of OSHA. After seeing the photos sent by them after their first cleaning, I paid them. The next day my realtor sent photos after she inspected the premises, and I was shocked. See pictures 4, 5, 6, 7. It was like looking at a completely different place. It was still dirty, even disgusting in some areas. They returned, telling me that what they had done the first time was all I had paid for. Some things are even worse now. Two drawers were missing, one in the bathroom and a tiny one in the kitchen. The cabinets also needed to be painted to cover damage and an obvious poor patching job in several places. I told the cleanup people that I had made other arrangements for that work to be done, whereupon the wife (she runs the show) told me that her husband had already made a new drawer for the bathroom, even tho’ I had told them I was only going to replace the drawer FRONTS and have them attached to the cabinetry. However, I felt bad that he had made a drawer so I agreed to have them arrange for the new oak drawer fronts (one bathroom, one kitchen) to match the rest of the cabinetry. What they did, could never have been imagined or anticipated, and is really shocking. They actually removed the drawer front from the complete bathroom drawer, then CUT IT UP, using part of it to make a crude drawer front for the tiny kitchen cavity. It does not look good because three sides match the cabinetry but the fourth side is their rough cut. See picture 1 As if that was not bad enough, they then cut two rectangles of cheap, rough wood which is not even sanded, painted them and put them in the bathroom as replacement drawer fronts. Because they cut across the grain with a blunt and/or incorrect tool, the cheap wood splintered. They didn’t even attempt to fill in and sand the splintered area. Apparently to them this was ‘good enough’. See pictures 2 and 3. On top of that, when they quoted me a price they told me they would pay for all materials, which was included in their price. When it came time to pay, she added another $50 which she said was for ‘materials’. I reminded her of our agreement, but she rambled about paint and I was so anxious to be done with her that I paid. I have since had her phone blocked to stop her calling my cell phone all the time. My cost was over $2,000. The place is less than 600 sq. ft. They were at the premises on and off, doing other jobs in between, for about two weeks.

I want to also add information about a ceiling fan which is missing, apparently stolen. They were told NOT to replace it because it was agood, quality fan. They removed it and installed a cheap $44 fan for which they charged me $60 plus $75 for installation. Since I wrote my review, the place has been inspected and the inspector found that the new kitchen faucet which they installed is installed incorrectly, with the hot and cold water hoses reversed. The inspector also found that the new shower head, also .installed by them, is leaking. I think they took advantage of the fact that I have not seen the place for a number of years and I live hundreds of miles away in another State so Ihad to accept their word much of the time. All I had was their strategically placed photographs and the shockingly contrasting photographs taken by my realtor.
The inspector states that the toilet will not flush or fill correctly. The crimescenecleanup people installed a new handle, apparently also incorrectly. The toilet was serviced in June this year by a plumber and was in perfect working order prior to the installation of the new handle.Reviewed by Sandra S.

BBuddy showed up and was very energetic cleaning upstairs bathroom, all windows inside and out (upstairs) and all light fixtures were removed and brought downstairs to clean. He left for lunch and returned 3 hours later with his wife in the car letting me know he was taking her to urgent care. He returned the next evening letting me know that he wouldn't be able to continue due to her health issues and would return in two additional days to pick up his supplies and ladder. He didn't charge at all for services rendered, returned as promised to pick up his supplies and then did all windows downstairs (inside and out) before he left. He wouldn't accept any money for the services. Though he didn't clean everything as promised I have to say that what he did was excellent, he has a great attitude and I can't fault him for his wife's illness. I ran into him 2 weeks later cleaning a neighbor's home, all is well and I still would recommend him.

AI have used several Granite Gold products and like their effectiveness because they do what they are supposed to do. No strong fumes or irritating skin problems. The granite counter top daily cleaner and polish are so easy to use (spay it on and wipe with a paper towel) to keep all your stone products clean and shiny. I was surprised to see how effective the grout cleaner is. I sprayed it on some dirty tire floors in the bathroom and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Then I went over it with the scrub brush they provide. It looked clean then, but when it dried, it was much brighter. This is a 40 Year old bathroom tile floor pictured. Granite Gold also provides excellent professional support.
