BMany unknowns and findings in our new 'fixer' home that should have caused major delays - Kevin and his crew has come through like a champ and kept us in the loop every step of the way - plumbing is finished, whole house (all new lines and pressure tank, etc.) -- Roof repair is under way, Kevin has gone above and beyond in order to keep us in budget an not compromise the final result/functionality of our home. One guy tore a bunch of shingles off and said we needed to replace the whole side of the roof because he had to rip them all off.. Kevin called another much more experienced roofer he knew that said he could repair our roof without having to dismantel the whole top side -- saved us a lot of extra money we were told it would cost.
Scheduled to tear out and re-pour our concrete patio next week! 19 day deadline to meet...Reviewed by M M.
