AJERRY'S APPLIANCEJerry's Appliance is a one man operation and he does sales, installation and repair. We had previously purchased a washer and dryer from him and were happy with the service and price. I needed an air conditioner unit installed for central heat and air. Jerry came out and measured and made a materials list. He called when he had the materials ready and we set a date for the installation. He even offered to do the install on a Sunday as that was the only day I had off. The installation went smoothly and quickly. He made sure I was satisfied with the work and made sure I understood how the unit operates. He also made sure the area looked good when he finished. He tested everything and even asked my wife if she was happy with it. I am very happy with his knowledge and work. While he was at my home, I asked him to listen to our dish washer and give us an estimate on a repair. He gladly checked it out and gave us the options. Since then, we have purchased a dish washer from him and it should be installed next week. Jerry is always very friendly and helpful.- Larry T.

AService One Appliance IncI called them the day before because my refrigerator was not cooling on the refrigerator side. (Side by Side refrig) They set up an appointment for the next day and was here right on time. The service agent was very professional (had worked in the field for 15 years). He knew exactly what to look for after telling him what had taken place prior to the refrigerator not working. I would highly recommend the company to my friends and would definitely use them again. CSears Appliance RepairAnd all it had was a piece of glass in the filter when the guy went to fix it he touched something and it shorted out the whole motor so he had to come back and replace the panel so he did more damage than what was previous, I feel like I over paid for something completely minor that they leaded to a bigger problem so I wasn't really happy with that and I had to wait another two weeks for the guy to come back with the motor or the computer panel or whatever it is, it's hard to do that because the first guy ruin it and the second guy fixed it. Because I paid for their mistake. They were both really nice really friendly but the second guy fixed everything and it took him like maybe five minutes. DEagle Appliance ServiceTech provided wrong diagnosis. Did not take the time to disassemble appliance. So he guessed what the problem was, and offered to repair the suspected problem for $650. He was quick to charge $100 service fee for his and quot;educated guessand quot;.... which turned out to be wrong. It was a simple $20 thermostat.- Bill G.

Bwhen tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great

FAmerican Home Shield (AHS) warranty is replacing my broken microwave with a new one. I received the new microwave on 11/11/2020 and notified AHS it was in my possession. Part of the warranty contract includes the installation of the new microwave. AHS typically assigns contractors themselves. However, this time AHS contracted with C & R Services with a dispatch number on 11/13/2020 for C & R to assign a local contractor to do the install. After two weeks of waiting and not being contacted by C & R or a contractor, I called C & R to follow up on the status. They said it would be 1 to 2 weeks from the date they received the dispatch from AHS. I informed them it had been 2 weeks in which they replied that it would be another 2 weeks. As of today, 12/11/2020, 4 weeks from the date C & R received the dispatch, I have not been contacted by C & R or a contractor. C & R's lack of communication and customer service is absurd. AHS informed me that they do not have any authority over C & R.

FThey told me it was a covered repair and to get the work done and submit invoice and they would reimburse us. We got it done and submitted the invoice. After 3 months of constant follow up they covered part of the parts charge and none of the labor. Then, following up again, they responded with, WE ARE CLOSING THE BUSINESS.
