Dr. Jeanine Chaney-Haebler is 'the tooth fairy'! She examined Arlene and outlined a number of treatments options to follow up where I don't have to wrestle with an 8.6 pound Tazmanian Devil trying to get a syringe/plastic catheter near her mouth. I feel confident my cat's stomatitis will be properly addressed and brought under control.

    Sierra Veterinary Hospital
Terrific! Everyone there (Veterinarians, technicians, receptionists, et al) has always respected my cats... and me! The costs have varied with the services. I've had pets my entire life and have never had a problem accepting *I* and responsible for covering medical expenses.

    Quail Ridge Animal Hospital
When Dr. Hewitt first opened Quail Ridge, I started bringing my dog to her for exams and teeth cleanings. All was good then, though they were much more expensive than most vets. In 2013 they gave me an estimate for a surgery my dog needed then raised the price when I was going to go forward with it. I stopped seeing them for this reason. I then found a caring vet out of
town who did the surgeries and at a very reasonable price. My dog now has cancer and my current vet told me to find a particular dog food for her diarrhea as they don't carry it. When I called Quail Ridge today, they told me they would not sell me the food as my dog had not been there in 2 years. They were aware that she was regularly seeing another vet and that she had cancer yet all they cared about was getting money. I then called other vets in the area who said they would be happy to sell me the food though my dog had never been to see them either. Quail Ridge had no concerns for my dog or her cancer. Vets like those at Quail Ridge and their office staff with their attitude don't deserve to be taking care of animals. It's all about the money to them. There was no reason to deny selling me the dog food when my dog has cancer, had been seen by another vet and had a prescription for the food.

    All Creatures Mobile Vet Hospital
Dr. Peck is such a kind professional.  He knew exactly what to do to handle this very sensitive situation in the best possible way.  He came promptly and exactly when he said he would be here, so we felt his price was completely fair.  We were extremely appreciative of his loving service.

    All Creatures Pet Sitting Service
She, Tamara, was timely, organized, courteous and professional in her approach. Not to mention, her competency and knowledge of animals. My animals, upon our return, were happy and well cared for. My expectations were met and exceeded in every aspect of her care.

    Timberline Animal Hospital

All of my pets have gone to Silver Hills Vet Hospital for almost 30 years before Dr. Euse decided to sell his business. Needless to say my husband and I were a bit nervous about changing to a new vet, but we have been so very pleased with Dr. Pulver and his staff. The first time I met him was the day we had to put our precious dog to sleep. Dr. Euse and his staff had known our Charlie and love and adored him, so knowing it was going to be a complete stranger who was doing this for us wasn't very comforting for me. I needn't have worried. Dr. Pulver was so kind and compassionate and understanding of what we were going through. I couldn't have asked for a better vet to help us during this time. Since then we have adopted two other dogs and he has been absolutely wonderful. I would recommend Dr. Pulver to anyone who is looking for a small town vet who provides  personal and compassionate care. He is wonderful!

    Alpine-Round Hill Animal Clinic
My dog had her teeth cleaned and they looked so much better when done. Dr. Kelly also checked for several lumps/skin tags on her. A few of them were removed easily and others required stitches afterwards. 10 days later we took her back to have the stitches removed. Everyone in this office is very caring and professional. The many times I have called, they have taken the time to talk with me and explain what was needed. The price is reasonable and makes the 45 minute drive there a little easier on the pocket book as I really trust Dr. Kelly and his staff. Dr. Kelly really takes the time to explain what he is going to do and why. He does not do unnecessary services and will give you options.

    A Pawsitive Image Grooming Salon
I checked out several grooming salons for my Yorkshire Terrier dog before deciding on A Pawsitive Image Grooming Salon. The salon is very clean. The grooming tables and kennels are in the front of the shop, open to public view. They use large, sturdy tables with safety harnesses to groom the pets. They let me look around and ask a lot of questions. I was able to book an appointment the next day for my Yorkie. They were very responsive and groomed her exactly the way I wanted her groomed! She is an elderly, timid little dog so I am very cautious where I take her for grooming. I was very impressed that she was ready to go within 2 hours. In the past I have had to leave her all day to get groomed, so I was very happy.
I asked that they not express her anal glands, since I have our vet take care of that service. They were very polite and friendly.
I will be bringing her back to this shop for grooming! I highly recommend A Pawsitive Image!!

    Fuzzy Paws Pet Grooming
The session went better than I expected. I visited Sarah prior to Qpid's appointment to let her knows his special needs since Qpid is totally deaf. I took a little over an hour for the session. Qpid was extremely vocal ane loud which is common for dogs/cats that are hearing impaired. All in all everything went very well and he has another appoint for a bath and coat touch up in April. I also referred Fuzzy Paws to a rep at Verizon Wireless, Carson City As a former Persian Cattery owner of 21 years, I am extremely picky of others handling Qpid.
