  • They were awesome! Fast, efficient and completed the work perfectly! We couldn't be happier with the fabulous results! Not only does our carpet look fantastic but all the odors left behind from purchasing a bank owned property are gone! We've also used EMF for bathroom remodel...they transformed an old tired tub/shower into a beautiful walk in shower! The tile work is second to none! We'll use their service when ever we can!

  • Lawrence Valenzuela and crew ARE AWESOME! Just about a year ago I was referred to LAV CONSTUCTION BY Chris Leonards. I was SO FORTUNATE. Lawrence is scrupulously honest and on the up and up. It's so scary with the horror stories one hears - no worries here. Within the ongoing project when budget issues came up Lawrence was amenable, flexible and generous. And he was creative, innovative and has pretty good taste, too. I could always count on him to come up with a budget friendly solution that I liked. LAV did our entire house and grounds and it was far more difficult than a new build with a blank canvass. We took an almost abandoned house and reclaimed it, put on a huge porch and deck, put in septic and a well and built a storage shed about the size of a single car garage. And though I am happy with my well contractor, I learned that Lawrence could easily have arranged this part of the project as well. What's more, every inspection passed on the first visits and the inspectors were impressed with the work. From beginning to end I enjoyed and felt confidence in this company. There have been NO problems with any part of the house since we finished and my only regret with this is that I don't get to call and see Lawrence and the crew. So, you really can't go wrong with LAV. They will help you define the project and any challenges, come up with solutions, get the work done in a timely fashion all while respecting and working hard to stay in budget. Thank you LAV. I LOVE my home!!!!

  • An 1880's adobe home has it's challenges one being the many hands that have worked on it over its life span.  Additionally, the terms level, plum and square simply do not apply. Scot and crew were helpful from the beginning with this water closet of a project guiding us through tile selections, vanities and cabinetry.  We now have a stylish bathroom that blends the old with the new that includes water pressure and a heated toilet seat.  Scot's news letter was insightful in the guidance of the heated toilet seat, Justin was beyond patience in working with uneven walls and windows.  Above all, I was impressed with how clean they kept the work site daily both while working and at the end of each day.  Honest, diligent and attentive to customers specific needs, we highly recommend Creative Construction and hope to work with them in the future.

  • We just bought a home in Tijeras and need to do some remodeling or updating. The hardest part has been finding the right people for the job. When I called Vic he arranged to come out the next day, measured and gave me an immediate price estimate. Another installer took a week to come out and measure and we still have'nt heard back from them. I got a fair price from Vic, he was consistent and punctual, but most important he did a wonderful job. My floors look beautiful, Vic provided his expertise and knowledge and helped me choose a beautiful porcelain tile that was not too expensive and looks great! I recommend him to anyone needing a licensed, bonded contractor who is pleasant, fair, and knows his stuff.

  • I had a very good experience with them.  They were trustworthy and hard working.  They work was excellent.  The clean up was complete.  I had a very good set up for activities that I need for.  My wife and I built the house years ago and we had to push the guys to do it.  This is quite a different experience.

  • OMG!! what a wonderful surprise! Kevin shows up when he says he will . He is constantly communicating with me on the different subs and time frames etc. Our previous experience with remodeling was not even closely resembling this time. THANK YOU!! This guy is remarkable....

  • The first meeting went well; the contractor set up an appointment and arrived as arranged.  He measured the bath and talked to us about our vision for the remodel.  He left with a promise to provide a plan and estimate for the remodel project.  After several email reminder, we received a schematic (not a real plan) that overlooked several construction constraints, like placed a new door halfway through an existing sky light.  We have still not received an estimate for the remodel.

  • We love the product and the installation work. The installers were professional, courteous, and open to our questions and ideas. They showed up on time, worked diligently, and cleaned up well. We would hire them again.

  • I contacted Rebath New Mexico through Home Depot.  They had a truck with a representative on display.  The estimate went well.  Much was promised....A complete bathroom remodel.  However, the individuals subcontracted by the company that subcontracts their work to Rebath were not prepared to do anything more than hang the equivalent of greenboard and put up plastic coverings.  First they showed a day early to "get started."  A pain, but the eagerness was appreciated as this was an emergency.   The next day they were supposed to show at 0800.  1030 rolls around and they roll in.  They immediately began to carry stuff in "without any floor protection" ruining two rugs and a carpet.  This was corrected after I complained to someone in the office of those that subcontract with Rebath.  Nothing was offered to compensate for the rugs and carpet nor did I expect it.  They installers estimated a tree day job however.....they were caught putting a damaged panel up (trying to hide it) and they didn't have a replacement so they would have to order one.  An immediate week delay.  Once in, they scheduled another 0800 start.  1130 they show and work until about 1800 hours.  On inspection I noted another damaged panel....another week delay.   They finally arrived, again three hours later than promised, and began a tooth pulling install of the materials noted above.  I watched and the workmanship was horrible.  Thank god for caulk which didn't even fully cover and seal the materials they installed.  A terrible caulk job and I have pictures.  During this period I had constant contact with the Rebath representatives and after the sale....they were completely unhelpful.  I have contacted them through their representatives twice and still haven't gotten a phone call.  So much for their "guarantee."  Anyway, the experience was so bad I'm not sure I want these people in my home again.  Additionally, I very reluctant to use any "professionals" that represent themselves at a Home Depot location.

  • I couldn't have been more pleased from the very beginning. Initially, we were planning to replace the shower (it had developed a crack in the pan) with another pre-fab. They explained the differences in cost and time to provide a custom shower vs. a pre-fab. After we selected the custom shower, they provided guidance in tile selection, trim, and pattern. One of our concerns was the possibility of mold under the cracked pan of the old shower. They are licensed for mold mitigation and included in their quotation a very reasonable fee for mitigating any mold that was found. When we found that there was no mold, they removed that fee so the project actually came in under budget. Their work was on-time and cheerfully and professionally done with quality materials. The project took about a week because they let the custom pan cure properly between steps. Another bidder raised a red flag by saying that he could do the whole thing in 2 days. I've done some of that work and know that would not result in a quality job. At the end of each day (most days were short because of the curing requirements) the bathroom was left in a usable condition except for the shower. They were careful and never left a mess. We now have a beautiful shower and bathroom. It is with pleasure that I highly recommend Lambert Construction. I can't imagine working with a company that would provide a higher quality or better value job from start to finish.
