    I emailed. I got a reply very soon with a phone number to call for an appointment. I called and Dave answered. He said he was at a friend's house and would I CALL BACK TOMORROW!! That was a red flag (he apparently couldn't be bothered to find a pencil and paper) but I called and left a message the next morning. That was 3 days ago and I have heard nothing. At this point it no longer matters; I wouldn't use them if they offered to fix it for free!

    I ended up having them come back out for other works. It did cost more but I had them come out and do other things.  It was probably a month a half after the first time. I had a lot of little things that I needed done, general maintenance kind of stuff.

    Turquoise Trail Electric Plumbing And Water
    The plumber showed up on time and was professional. It took him a long time to remove the shower fixture and then he cleaned off the part with CLR and reassembled. The next day I noticed I could still hear the leak so I called them back. They came back and took the fixture off and had to go to two hardware stores to replace the part. The total bill was about 600.00 and my husband contacted them and said we didn't feel we should have been charged for all the travel time since they had to go two places to get the part. The owner refunded one hour of labor due to this conversation.

    I had purchased a big deal for the service, and it was excellent. The big deal was $89 for 2 hours of electrical labor. They came out within 2 weeks. It took about 3 and half hours, and there was some problem solving that he had to do, and there were also parts, so I paid an additional amount. It was a completely positive experience, and everything was up front. I had read reviews that he doesn't do the construction repair after, so I wasn't expecting him to finish the dry wall and texturing, so it was good to know. He was friendly, he was on time, he asked for a lot of information up front including photos, so that way he would have an idea of what to bring out. I live up into the mountains, and the nearest hardware store is 25 minutes away, so I appreciated him asking for photos. We communicated by phone, email and text and whatever worked for us. It was nice to have that at our disposal. I was here at home by myself, and I felt completely comfortable with him. He was trustworthy, sincere, and it was about the work, so he worked the whole time. It cost more than what I was expecting, but when I saw what he had to do, I thought it was reasonable. I will keep him as my electrician as long as he is in business, because it is hard to get people come out up to the mountains.

    Harder Electrical & Mechanical
    Service man came out, was friendly and polite.  thought my problem was a short in the master bath.  He took my entire light fixture down and tightened connections.  Then he offered to do any upgrades I needed on the side.  Stated he would give me a great deal.  I thanked him and 45 minutes later, my power went out again.  Seemed shady that he offered to do work on the side and I didnt want him back in my home again after he didn't fix the problem the first time.  I also was affraid that I would get that service guy back. I called another company who correctly diagnosed and fixed the problem.  They cost a little more, but I should have gone with them in the first place.  You get what you pay for.

    I was extremely please with everything that was done.  They took their time to do it right.  They made sure I was pleased with the work, clean up after themselves and didn't walk away until it was all done.  The old light fixture was removed and the holes where patched like it was never there.

    Frankie showed up right on time. I thought we were just going to get an estimate, but he said he was available right then to take care of our needs. He worked very quickly and answered all of our questions. He charged us only for the time he was there, about an hour and a half. Although I thought that $160 was a lot for an hour and a half (including $10 for the outlets), I have to admit that this is the first time we have ever hired an electrician to do anything, so I'm guessing that's the going rate. Even if it's not, we are very happy with the work he performed. It was minor, but it was something that needed to be done and we didn't feel comfortable trying to do it ourselves. We live in the east mountains and not all contractors are willing to spend the gas money to drive out here. We will definitely be calling on Harder from now on whenever we need electrical work done.

    JBL Electrical Services
    Scheduled the service on/about Aug. 21, 2013.  Through an eMail link in Angies List I listed initial potential dates for service.  JBL responded with with an "unable to schedule until after Sep. 4th.". I submitted a set of alternative dates.  JBL also requested photos of my circuit panel. I complied the day after their request and set photos both through the Angies List link as well as the eMail address listed in JBLs photo request.  To date (Sep. 21, 2013), I still haven't received a response in any form to set/confirm a service date or acknowledgement of the photos sent as requested. In summary:
    * Unprofessional
    * Non-responsive
    Next step is to request a refund and find someone willing to do the work as advertised.

    Provider had to go up to the attic and follow electrical lines through the house to pin point the problem which he did.  The problem was that the original builder (1999) covered an exterior receptacle with stucco which led to the problem of the exterior receptacles in the Patio area not working. Provider had to open up the call to confirm exterior receptacle location covered by the stucco; install ISA GFC1 and cover on the exterior recepticles.  He then confirmed that all exterior receptacles worked.  Later the drywall repair person came in and completed the drywall.
