AAll Service MovingJon and Justin arrived with 2 box trucks within the established timeframe and within 4 hours had the trucks packed and were on their way. They were professional, enthusiastic, and courteous. They gave sensitive handling to several fragile antiques. On the scheduled day of delivery to our house in Portland they called ahead and arrived at the established time with an additonal crew member, John. All three were attentive to requested location of furniture and boxes and carried out unloading as efficiently as one could desire. They made our move smooth and as worry free as possible. AFresh Start Moving CompanyFresh Start did a wonderful job of moving us! They responded to my inquiry within one day, gave me a firm quote within a few hours, and scheduled themselves to load the day after Christmas. They were polite, professional, and obviously VERY experienced at their job. They showed up about 15 minutes early. In spite of a snowstorm, they loaded us up within about 4 hours (including loading an electric car onto a hauling dolly). Driving through a storm-storm that dumped 3-12" across northern NM and AZ, they arrived the next day with everything safe and sound. I've moved at least a dozen times and have never had such great turn-key service!- Susan P.

AProfessional ContractingGreat! The workers were very careful in their efforts to remove the undamaged tiles w/o cracking them. We knew this would be very difficult and they saved as many as possible. We didn't have enough tiles to replace those tiles removed, so we purchased a large medallion which they installed. The cracked tile pieces were used to fill in around the medallion. They did a wonderful job and we would definitely use them again!- Victoria P.

Price was fair compared to others and was guaranteed. No hidden or additional costs. We did our own packing. Standard household items with about 700 cu ft of boxes. Truck arrived on schedule and two workers completed the loading in under four hours. Truck arrived in Tucson on schedule and was unloaded quickly. Workers were very accommodating in placing items in rooms and the garage. Heavy items were positioned as requested. Breakage was minor (back slats on a rocker). No dishes or glassware were broken. AThey were simply amazing. Moving can be very stressful and they did a great job of making the process seamless. I called the company a few weeks before my moving date to schedule an appointment and I received plenty of information on what to expect. On the actual moving date, they were arrived on time with masks on as well as their large moving truck. They were communicative as to double checking what things we want moved and what we didn't, and they took really good care of our items. We had some larger things like bed frame, mattress, desk, etc. and they packed them very well. The unpacking process was also very professional and easy. Would highly recommend them and would use them again.

APERFECT. The team was so fast and helpful. There was no damage to any of our items including the car they moved. Nothing was left behind and we were able to do a FaceTime walk through once they packed up our apartment. This is the second time we've moved with them and we could not recommend them more. Moving is so stressful and Movers Direct alleviated our stress around packing and moving items. We were so thankful for them.

AAwesome, stress free experience. Royce and his partner Jake (?) were outstanding. When our truck load was 160 lbs over the truck's weight limit of 8,500 lbs, they removed their spare tools and equipment and drove the 890 miles with no more than 1/2 their fuel load to stay underweight. Nothing damaged and they were so helpful in getting all our furniture and boxes into the right places. Protected walls and floors and disassembled and reassembled beds and tables without issues. Outstanding and would hire them again. Thank you!

FThe technician stole money and pain medication from me. And I wouldn't let them finish the job, I ran them away from my house. They left about $1000 worth of tools. And the unconnected system they left behind was $2500. They never called me back to get their tools or equipment. I through the equipment away. I will never call ADT again.
