AProfessional ContractingFelipe and his crew did a large project for me (back porch) and myriad smaller items to repair our new home. Short version: I'll definitely be using them again and recommending them, but you need to be engaged. They are not a set-and-forget crew. In general, the quality of the work is high. The porch is exactly as we imagined it and we're quite happy. The only issues I have with some of the work is the fit and finish. Roofing nails missing the joists weren't redone, so now there are nails hanging into my porch. The ramset nails they used to attach the base plate to the concrete pad had some kind of wax/rubber around them which wasn't completely removed prior to painting, so there are weird nubs sticking up on the base plate. Some of the screws on door moulding weren't puttied over. The biggest issue I had with them was communication and scheduling. Felipe forgot a few parts of the project and things got dropped a few times. It worked out because I was paying close attention, but I think he may just have too much going on so things will fall between the cracks. Scheduling was a regular issue. Our project took place right outside of our bedroom, so we wanted to know the night before if they would be there. It was about 50/50 whether they'd give us that heads up. They also broke an expensive high security lock and I was not reimbursed or discounted. On the scale of the project, it was a rounding error in cost, but it's the principle of the matter on that one.- Matthew S.

ALone Mountain Roofing- J3 Systems LLCJason inspected the tar & gravel roof on my 16 yr old home. He advised that the roof condition was actually still pretty good. We needed some major stucco repairs so we decided to have the roof replaced anyway, prior to the stucco. This company is honest, efficient, quick but not rushed. I would recommend J3 Systems to anyone looking for a great deal on a quality roof.- Jason I.

ALone Mountain Roofing- J3 Systems LLCWe needed a new flat roof (old one was tar and gravel & 27 years old) on our 2700 sq. ft. house and on a detached single car garage. Our roof has 9 skylights. We talked to 3 roofing contractors and selected J3 SYSTEMS. They used a TPO Membrane system which seemed the best for our needs. The price included repairing the stucco on the interior walls between roof sections and every other year inspection and maintenance work for 10 years. The work was completed in 3.5 days. The area was left immaculate. They had to move our TV satellite dish to install the roof; TV worked fine when they replaced the dish. We were extremely pleased with their work and demeanor. We highly recommend J3 SYSTEMS for roof work.- James A.

ADesignCo ConstructionRoofing project went very well the Project Manager Lou Castillo looked over my roof and handled the interaction with my insurance company to get the hail damage repaired.. They weren't going to fix anything except a few tiles that got damaged by the wind, The crew worked hard and got the work done in just a day and a few hours the next morning. They did a little bit of painting as agreed to but I needed more painting to suit my HOA. I bought the paint and Lou Castillo and his Painter Manuel Marquez came over and painted what I needed and kept volunteering to paint more (my side yard concrete wall, both gates, Chimney, AC unit, the soffit and fascia all around the house and the gutters and downspouts, garage door and more, even the bench in my front yard!. They did a great job. I got a whole lot more value than I expected. They worked for 2 and a half days painting whatever I pointed out. The roof work was very good, I have no complaints there, but Lou and Manuel really went over and above what I expected- John R.

AI would highly recommend Carrasco Roofing for both roofing and stucco application. They are very professional and did an outstanding job of installing a TPO roof and insulation. They also do wonderful stucco work. Both traditional and synthetic stucco. I was so pleased with their work that I recommended the neighbors on each side of my house and they did a TPO roof and synthetic stucco for one neighbor and traditional stucco for the other neighbor. I give Carrasco Roofing an A+ rating for both Roofing and Stucco work.

AAbsolutely perfect. To begin, Dave explained everything about the process and how it would be done. The work started right on time and the crew was great. The foreman, Daniel, was answered all of my questiones and invited me up to watch the work. Everyone on the crew was pleasant and up beat. The job was completed exactly on time. For the first time ever, I can say the I love my flat roof! Owners of flat roofs know the problems and headaches of owning one. My flat roof worries are now a thing of the past. The white roof reflects the heat very well and my air conditioner did not come back on for the rest of the summer once the job was complete. Joe will stop by once a year for a "wellness" check for the next 10 years and I have a 50 year, transferable warranty. It just doesn't get any better.
