It took me almost 2 months to get my first appointment because they are so booked. It was worth the wait. My Tibetan Terrier is shy and doesnt love grooming. When I picked him up he looked wonderful and was happy to see me but not all stressed out as in the past. The next time I took him he happily ran right in. Once I got in they set up regular appointments for him for the rest of the year.

She's wonderful.? She's in Colorado.? I only use her; her name is Ann Tack.? She's very flexible, she's very fair, and she's very good with him.? She runs about $34 for a full groom.? She's fabulous.? Give her an A for everything.? She's flexible and she's agreeable.? Of the years that I've been going there, there's maybe once or twice when she's just been overbooked and I'm always calling at the last minute, so I'm very pleased to have her.? I use her all the time.

I am very happy with the level of professionalism and
customer care provided here. This was my first visit to this office, and I
already have scheduled my other cat to be seen next week.
I took Zelda in for a wellness check, a rabies shot, bloodwork, and to get her
nails trimmed, and I was seen very shortly after arrival. The appointment was
handled very professionally, and I am very satisfied with the way my cat was
treated her. So much so, that I have scheduled my other cat, Cletus, to be seen
    next week.
The doctor checked over my cat Zelda very thoroughly, and it was determined that
she had an abscess on one tooth and possibly more dental problems. Explains the
stinky breath. I am thankful that the doctor took the time to explain Zelda?s situation
and provide me with all the options for treatment. She showed me the tooth in
question, and it is clear that the work needs to be done. I was provided with a
broken-down treatment plan for Zelda?s dental issues and I will be having the
work done within the next few weeks to ensure my cat is not in pain anymore
    from a sore tooth.
I cannot recommend this doctor and this clinic more.

My dog was happy and seemed content with her surroundings.  The services took almost an hour.  She was clean, shiny and smelled great when I returned.  Yes, I will go back again.

I had taken both of our small dogs to this groomer a few months back and was pleased to find a place owned and operated by a woman who is very sincere, kind and genuinely loves dogs. The first haircuts were not perfect, but they were good enough and the price was reasonable. The location is convenient. She means well.

However, I won't be going back because of a combination the lack of professional conduct and poor communication. Here's what happened:

I took our 10 lb. maltese/poodle mix for her second visit there. I arrived on time for a 10 AM appointment but there was no one there. This business is located in a residence with a large enclosed sun porch in the back where the grooming takes place. It's a casual room with south-facing windows and a tile floor. It is obviously set up specifically for bathing and grooming animals.

I sat down and waited about five minutes until the provider's housemate came in to ask if we had an appointment. When I said yes, he called the groomer and conveyed the message, "she's sorry, she'll be here in a few minutes and you can leave the dog in the green kennel."

It was overcast and cold and strong winds were whipping the air, so there was no way I was going to abandon my little dog in a strange place that isn't well heated. I tucked the dog into my coat and decided to wait until 10:30 at the latest. She arrived about 3 minutes before that deadline, apologized and said she was helping a friend with her dog.

She examined my dog and showed me that her hair was very matted. I said I understood and knew the hair would have to be cut very short to deal with them. I asked her to keep the hair as long as possible.

A little over an hour later I went to pick up the dog and was shocked to find her completely shaved from nose to tail. I didn't complain because there was nothing to do about it ? the hair was gone but it will grow back. I expressed my concern about the dog being cold and she said that, like humans, long-hair dogs like this one can be warm enough without much hair. That didn't make sense to me because I know that if I got an extremely short haircut I would be colder than if I wear it shoulder length.

The dog got tucked back into my coat then  into a warm car. She will be wearing a sweater to stay warm for quite a while.  And she will not be going back to this groomer.

Jolynn took her time with my dog. She doesn't do several dogs at once. She gave him massage and Reiki after grooming. He needed a puppy cut because he was so dirty and tangled. Jolynn took the time explain everything that she was going to do with him. She said that she monitors the dog's heart rates and stops grooming with breaks for chamomile tea if their heart rate gets too high. My dog appeared relatively relaxed when I picked him up. He was in an outdoor play crate waiting for me. Jolynn called me 20 minutes before he was ready so that he wouldn't have to wait long. She did a good job on his haircut. She obviously really loves animals and is very knowledgeable and good with them. The cost for the bath, haircut and nail trim was less than what I have paid in the past. I was very happy with her and her service and I will definitely bring my dog back to her.

For years I have been boarding my two dogs at Country Boarding Kennels. Unfortunately, I lost my beloved Chihuahua 5 days before Christmas, so this last visit was my Dachshund's first visit without her sister. Carol, the Owner, was VERY attentive to Zoe the entire time she was there. I called EVERY day to check on her, and each time I called CAROL answered the phone. When she kept both my dogs, my Chihuahua was on 4 different meds 5 times a day, and Carol and her staff did an excellent job getting her meds on time. Carol is hands on. She is not one of those Owners that are never there. Her entire staff are excellent and love the animals. The facility is always well maintained, clean and orderly. The courtyard area is beautiful and they have a huge field next to the kennels where they walk the dogs. The kennels are always clean, and my dogs love them because they are indoor/outdoor, so they can decide where they want to be. During the winter, the radiant heated floors provide lots of warmth, and during the summers they stay cool. I highly recommend Country Boarding Kennels. I am a very picky pet owner and will NOT leave my pets with just anyone. This place is the best!!

ENV Pet Spa & Grooming Inc
My dog has been groomed by many different firms in Santa Fe and had a terrible previous haircut from which we are starting to recover.  I highly recommend ENV for anyone requiring dog grooming as they are the most professional and best value.

My dogs are not thrilled about going to the groomers or the vets. So I try and leave them there for as short of a period as possible. Kendra works with me to bring them in on a slow day and does one after the other. Sometimes it just doesn't work out though, and they're there for 6 hours. Recently I requested I bring one in then when I pick up that one, Iand quot;ll drop off the other. She was okay with this situation and we're going to work together to make it best for my dogs. I appreciate her trying! I do wish certain days were by appointment so I could just schedule the time. But she's been doing business her way for over 20 years and I don't think it'll change anytime soon. So she works with me the best she can. I appreciate her. OH, her son is extremely professional and lovely to deal with when he is helping her!
