    The Downtown Day Spa
The above review from 2010 is pretty accurate. The owner is a swindler. Beware...she doesn't pay her staff fairly either. See nmcourts.gov for her past judgments. See yelp for more reviews describing her erratic behavior and nickle-and-diming her customers.

    Massage Envy
They're very good and I've been using them for about 5 years. The fast people are very consistently good and they really care on what they do. It was very relaxing and you can get an appointment. They were flexible, they have a complaint day of dresses that are never flexible of you and they were time-worth. They can give you gift certificates and have a bill. If you have a membership, you can use it to give and they were easy to work with.

    Massage Envy
It is excellent. They have excellent practitioners, the owners are helpful, the staff is great, and they have excellent hours. You can always find someone available, I would recommend them. They go out of their way to accomodate people. They will call you back if you have asked for a time, and they don't have it, but something comes up. I have been sick, but they have gone out of their way to put my membership on hold. I have been a member since they opened and that has been about 5 years. They have been consistently good. The atmosphere is great, it is relaxing, they have different types of massage, and the owners are really involved. Brian and Marley are very good, and they don't run it like a franchise.

High Desert Healthcare & Massage Inc
They are very professional. They have excellent therapeutic massage. They also have acupuncture and naturopathic care - have certifications in that he need to be a primary care physician if people health insurance allow than to have a naturopathic doctor.

    Cornerstone Chiropractic
I have nothing but praise and great things to say about Dr. Wray.  The entire ordeal was initially very scary for me, but I found Dr. Wray extremely reassuring and knowledgeable.  She calmed my fears and consistently reassured me that I would fully recover.  I underwent several chiropractic and cold laser therapy sessions at her facility, natural supplement recommendations with proper dosing, and water massage therapy.  She is a very patient and understanding individual, and takes time to make sure her patients understand all the factors involved in healing to maintain a strong, healthy spine.  She listens and puts you at ease with her professional and personal disposition, and maintains a very healing environment by offering holistic therapies and products to address the entire person instead of just addressing physical symptoms.  Her office staff is equally friendly and personable.
My entire treatment experience with Dr. Wray was very mentally, emotionally, and physically cathartic. She helped me rediscover my strength and perseverance, and assisted me with maintaining a positive attitude through the pain.  I eventually returned home to continue recovery, which she also worked through with me from a transition perspective in making the right choices for my overall well-being.  Because of her conservative yet highly effective approach, I have so far avoided surgery which she was very realistic and positive about in her advice should it be an option in the future.
I would recommend Dr. Wray to anyone with spinal issues or back injuries as part of their recovery regimen.

    Ten Thousand Waves
Overall, my experiences at 10,000 Waves have been positive. Amy, one of their facialists, is fabulous and incredibly helplful. She listens carefully to the patient's needs and adapts treatments accordingly. All the practitioners that I have interacted with have been polite and helpful. Be aware that it is a spa, so the massages are more and quot;feel goodand quot; than therapeutic. If you can afford it, ask for a master massage therapist.
Most of my encounters with the staff at 10,000 Waves have been very positive and I would go there again.
On the flipside. I have extremely sensitive skin and the facialists that I have interacted with, besides Amy, have not adapted their approach to accommodate this sensitivity. Consequently, I did have a very bad experience that required me to go to a dermatologist to address.
Also, I had a run-in with one of the schedulers over a cancellation of my appointment because Amy was ill and unable to make it. When I called back another time to make an appointment, this scheduler answered my call. Evidently, he thought he put me on hold but in fact he didn't as he turned to one of his coworkers and told him in detail how rude I was. As you can imagine, that didn't sit well with me.

    O'Leary Lily
I began seeing Lily O'Leary about 18 months ago on the recommendation of a friend. I'd been wanting a massage therapist since relocating here. What I've discovered is so much more than I could have expected. Lily's deep tissue work has brought about increased movement and function in my throacic spine and rib areas. In addition, she has discerned a significant issue in my right shoulder-girdle. Lily is as gifted a listener as she is a massage therapist. She is compassionate without losing her boundaries. As a solo practitioner she manages her clientele with the utmost of profession. Her practice is full which means that she can be booked out 2 or more weeks in advance. I value her presence in my life.

It is wonderful, I would highly recommend it, the environment is soothing, the therapists are professional, comfortable, competent, and well trained. The ambiance is great and you have actual space that is so beautiful. I give them high ratings and will continue to go there in the future.

    Massage Envy - Santa Fe
I would NOT recommend this business to anyone!  My husband and I joined Massage Envy for 1 year; one of us at $49/month and the other at $39/month.  After not using massages and accruing over 17 massages for my husband, and over 20 massages for me,  we booked massages for both of us.  When we arrived, the desk staff informed us that they had no appointments booked for either of us, and that my husband would need to  pay for an additional 9 massages before he could schedule a massage - even though he had already paid for 17 massages!  We  were told this was because his membership had lapsed due to expiration of his credit card of record.  Since my membership was still active, meaning I was still being charged $49/mo each and every month, with over 20 massages accrued and still due me, I would be allowed to book a massage.  There was no explanation of why our appointments were not recorded or available.

We asked to see the manager and owner, and after waiting about 15 minutes, we entered his office.  I asked to see the "contract" he said locked us into those terms.  He claimed he had it, but would not show it to us, nor give us a copy.  He insisted that my husband either forfeit all his 17 paid-for massages (over $660), or pay for 9 additional massages ($351) to make his membership current, before he could use a single massage he had already paid for.  He was unwilling to discuss any accommodations.  My husband, who is 72 years old and 5'7" tall, became upset, and the owner (young, tall, fit) threw him out and insisted that my husband never return to the business.  Needless to say, the situation was extremely upsetting, and we felt terribly victimized.

The staff left a voice mail several months later saying my membership had expired and I would need to provide a credit card before booking any massages.  At that time, I had prepaid for 24 massages. Needless to say, I did not want to be re-victimized, and I was scared to put my body in a vulnerable position for a massage at this business, so we simply absorbed the loss of over $1700.  I would NOT recommend this business to anyone!

NOT WELL, massage therapist was great, however relaxation was not possible due to the paper thin walls that gave me the opportunity to listen to the two girls at the front desk yuck it up about their previous night's escapades. Very irritating.
