    Brown, Dr. Joshua
They called and left me a message to come at a different time. I called back to say, I can't make that time and no one answers the phone. You have to leave a message. I finally got through and it was the answering service who told me I was calling after hours. (which I was not, the office left early that day) Cancelled appointment and received a call the next day to show up the next day at same time I previously scheduled. I show up early to check-in and I sat there for 2 1/2 hours while Antoinette kept putting all kinds of walk-in appointments in front of me. I kept asking how much longer and every time, was told there was one person in front of me. I watched people come in after me, check-in, and get put in a room and walk out with the doctor I was to see, all while I sat there and waited. I caught the office staff (Anotinette) trying to put someone else in front of me again and the other staff member told her no, we cant do that. They called me back after 2 1/2 hours to put me in a room and I once again ask how long before the doctor would actually see me and was told there is one person in front of you. I expressed my anger and disappointment and all they said was sorry you picked a day that there was a walk-in clinic. I told him, no I did not pick a day that there was a Walk-in Clinic. My appointment got rescheduled to a day that there was a walk-in clinic and that is very different. All they did was say sorry and let me walk-out without seeing the doctor. Very disgusted with the lack of professionalism within the office management of this doctor. I cannot say anything bad about the doctor because, I never made it to the point of seeing the doctor. Expect to wait forever and be by-passed by walk-ins with little disregard and respect to new patients.

    Lisa Robles MD
She is a wonderful lady. She really treats us old fuddy-duddys really good. Most of her patients are retirees. I was very glad that she took me in because my other doctor retired. She is in a new office. She has been there for about a year or so. She is really very caring, loving, understanding, professional. She doesn't talk nonsense. You can tell by the way she talks she cares. You don't feel anxious. She puts you in a calm, reassuring, kind. I used to watch the children of her receptionist.  You don't have to wait a long time to see her. If she says come at 12:30 you will probably see her at 12:45. The maximum I had to wait for her is 20 minutes. She will come and tell you that she is finishing her notes.

    Baylor College of Medicine
This is a minor wrist surgery done as an outpatient procedure. I am a Baylor College of Medicine employee in the graduate school), but this was my first major interaction with their clinicians.
My complaint was increasing numbness in the anterior fingers of my left hand, the typical distribution of the median nerve, which often suffers impingement in carpal-tunnel syndrome.
Treatment started with a neurology referral for a nerve-conduction study from my PCP, Daniel Murphy. The referral was done by email, an excellent time saver. The nerve-conduction study was done quickly and efficiently in two stages by two physicians. The results showed clear blockage in the wrist, and some other impingements as well. My only complaint was a lack of detailed interpretation of the results to me by the physicians. I only got the rough and quot;layman'sand quot; summary. Physicians and staff were courteous and business-like, but a bit brusque.
I was then referred to the orthopedist wrist specialist Thomas Hunt for a treatment consultation. He took a few plane-film x-rays, reviewed the neurology results, and suggested standard carpal tunnel release. Because I have the complicating issue of an old scaphoid fracture that never healed, I sought a second opinion, which was in agreement with Dr. Hunt's opinion for the release procedure, so I scheduled the surgery.
Surgery was at St. Luke's O'Quinn Towers, 9th floor outpatient unit. It was carried out very professionally. The nursing and technician staff were efficient, effective, and friendly. For such a simple procedure, the elaborate preparations for admission and the largely local anesthesia seemed overdone, but this was probably the consequence of standard procedures that must deal with a plethora of surgical conditions.
Overall, I was impressed by the quality of care delivered by BCM.

My experience has gone very well. I have been seeing the doctor for about 8 years now. She is very professional and knowledgeable in her field. The office is clean and welcoming. I would recommend this doctor to others.

Mother in law is wheelchair bound,  access was easy and waiting room calm and welcoming. Staff was courteous and friendly and wait was minimal (less than 10mins).Provider was excellent and took the time to speak to my 90 year old mother in law as the  intelligent woman that she is instead of the usual loud "baby" voice she is so often subjected to.
Doctor was thorough, explained things in comprehensible way, what he was going to do (and why) but also displayed a great sense of humour and an obvious love for his work.

    Elisabeth Barkey MD
I've been coming to Dr B for over seven years. Husband, too. She has assistant Jennifer make appointments with plenty of time. Never waited for more than six minutes, usually just one minute. Had an emergency once, and they managed to squeeze me in.
Dr B always listens, observes, advises. Never rushed out. She discusses, gives pros and cons. Your ideal provider. She had a phenomenal PA, but now retired. The only negative is for those folks on medicare. No medicare, which is tough in Santa Fe. But if you are not on medicare, and if she is taking new patients, you are fortunate, indeed

She listens to me and responds appropriately. I feel that she sees me as a whole person and not only as a patient or set of symptoms. She doesn't prescribe or recommend medication or tests unless necessary. I can tell her what I think and she will agree or disagree, but always is willing to have a discussion. She actually respects my opinion, which is a rare quality among doctors in my experience. She is kind and funny, and I think she's a fine doctor. Her staff person is also very pleasant and efficient.

The staff that Dr.Rhymes has are wonderful. They are very pleasant, well organized and efficient. Her nurse is a treasure. The doctor and her staff actively use email for communication which I find very convenient and they will post lab/test results on each patient's site. Dr.Rhymes is easy to talk with, pays attention to what I said, and is open to discussing treatment options. She was very willing to follow the treatment plan that my physicians in another state had followed. I would recomment Dr.Rhymes.

She is great. She is the third primary care doctor I have had. There are some great doctor's here in the Santa Fe area. She will send you to the best specialist to take of the problem. A year ago, I broke my neck when I crashed into a log splitter because I was being pulled by two or three dogs on a leash. I was in the hospital for quite some time. She sent me to the best surgeon, and she stayed on top of everything for the year while I have been recovering. She has a lot of patients and sometimes she is not available. She is only in her office four days a week. I do email her a lot. If she does have a problem, it is that she tries to get too many patients in her office in one day. Most doctor's have do that but she has it more acutely that other's. Sometimes I have to wait an hour to see her. I will continue to use this practice in the future. My overall experience has been excellent. She has a wonderful ability to remember who I am and what problems to look for. She is a very sharp lady.

We very strongly recommend them. They are very good about helping the community. They give very personal attention to people. They do general health care for both men and women. We've never had any trouble with the billing.
