ACutting Edge PaintingAfter we had our kitchen remodeled, we wanted to paint the inside of our house. Every room had an accent wall. They did an excellent job with cutting in the change of colors, etc. Good clean up. No unwanted drips or spills. After that we had them replace all the baseboard in our house and replace all of the interior doors. They matched the stain perfectly to the new cabinets we had in our kitchen. The kitchen was done in knotty alder, they used knotty pine. We can not tell the difference. We had them install entry way doors, front and back. Again, a perfect match to what was already there and an excellent job installing the doors. They do a great job of cleaning up. They are friendly and professional. The workmanship of the entire ramp, railing and steps is excellent. The work was done in a timely manner at a reasonable price. AThe shade structure to be taken down was 21' x 19' (400sf) Alumawood, move it to my yard and reassemble it. A tough and time consuming assignment -- I had a hard time finding anyone who would even take the job. Joseph signed up to do the work. There were several glitches along the way -- Murphy's Law type of things that no one can predict! Joseph always found a solution, kept me informed of what was going on and how he was going to handle it. He is honest, punctual, and a hard worker. I am very pleased with the final results and give my highest recommendations for Total Handyman Solutions!

AI was very pleased with the end product and thoroughly enjoyed working with John. John converted a bathroom into a laundry/work room that I wanted to be both useful and functional, but also attractive. The project was slightly more complicated than it may sound, because I wanted the plumbing connections maintained but hidden in the event that a future owner wants an additional bathroom again. In the middle of the project, the Santa Fe monsoon season began and we discovered a fairly significant roof leak. John dropped everything, examined the leak, obtained the parts for what turned out to be an incorrectly installed skylight, and fixed it. He also identified and advised on some other items that needed attention in our newly purchased home. Even with the extra work, John came in slightly under budget.
