APrecision Garage DoorA very satisfactory experience, from initial visit to showroom through installation. Found this company on Angie's List (of course), and the owner, Gary, was knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. Had to wait a bit longer than expected owing to COVID back-ups at the manufacturer, but was informed. Installation date and time were precise, and the installer phoned when on his way. Kevin, the installer, was pleasant, efficient, and competent. He explained the new gadgets : a digital keypad outside the door, to get back in when the door was locked, also digitally, on leaving the garage. Personable, but professional; the garage was left very clean, and he even helped me with a curtain problem that I couldn't reach! And the new door is so quiet, I have to look to be sure it is working. Altogether a fine experience, and less expensive than other companies estimates.- Judith R.

AAfter the inspection was performed, Vernon, call me right away. He informed me of the extent of the foundation damage , and what was the root cause of it. The house was recently flipped, and his photos showed the poor quality of workmanship by the company, heat ducting smashed closed, no pads for blocking if the floor beams, a portion of the crawl space was so narrow, it would only be able to be accessed from the top side.He also provided me with a verbal ball park estamate on what it would take to correct these problems.

AFelipe and his crew did a large project for me (back porch) and myriad smaller items to repair our new home. Short version: I'll definitely be using them again and recommending them, but you need to be engaged. They are not a set-and-forget crew. In general, the quality of the work is high. The porch is exactly as we imagined it and we're quite happy. The only issues I have with some of the work is the fit and finish. Roofing nails missing the joists weren't redone, so now there are nails hanging into my porch. The ramset nails they used to attach the base plate to the concrete pad had some kind of wax/rubber around them which wasn't completely removed prior to painting, so there are weird nubs sticking up on the base plate. Some of the screws on door moulding weren't puttied over. The biggest issue I had with them was communication and scheduling. Felipe forgot a few parts of the project and things got dropped a few times. It worked out because I was paying close attention, but I think he may just have too much going on so things will fall between the cracks. Scheduling was a regular issue. Our project took place right outside of our bedroom, so we wanted to know the night before if they would be there. It was about 50/50 whether they'd give us that heads up. They also broke an expensive high security lock and I was not reimbursed or discounted. On the scale of the project, it was a rounding error in cost, but it's the principle of the matter on that one.
