ASangre De Cristo Paving & ExcavatingWhen Mike paved the driveway, it looked sloppy in places and the seams weren’t even. So I gave him a grade of a D. I should have spoken with him directly. I was working through his salesman instead, with no resolution. Mike contacted me and was concerned about the job. To his credit, he came back out and refinished the areas of my driveway to my satisfaction.- Scott H.

CThe crew was timely and the materials used were of good quality. Overall, it looks nice, but the first time around, cracks were still visible, and asphalt coating splatter was sprayed on about 3/4 of our landscape rocks along our long driveway. They agreed to come out and fill in the missed cracks. Didn't call or let us know they were coming. Most cracks were filled in, but rocks along the driveway were originally carefully seated to prevent erosion along the side of the asphalt. They turned over rocks on about 1/5 of the drive so that the untouched side was upwards. This would have been a partial solution, but lots of other rocks were sprayed, too, including a very small amount on our front wall and steps. The rocks were replaced leaving a large space underneath them, I will need to hire someone to come and turn over the rest of the rocks that were splattered with asphalt and I will need to get them properly placed so that erosion down our steep driveway does not occur. This will probably cost me another $150. I was not notified when they came to do the work and was not home. They did not call me afterwards to see if I was satisfied, and they did not call me after the first time, either.

ANick quoted me a very reasonable price for a septic system on a new lot.he helped with the whole permit and inspection process. Once we had the permit in hand he only took two or three days to install the whole system. Based on that great experience I also had him hook up the electricity to the mobile home. He did that in a few days and worked through all the inspections to get it approved. I highly recommend Nick. I will be installing another mobile home next year and Nick will be definitely the person to do the septic work and the electrical work.

DContractor had done a lot of work for our HOA, so I thought I'd have him do a reseal on our driveway that was installed just last year, but showed signs of deteriorating. Drive is about 3500 sq ft. He started out at $1500, but quickly came down to $1000 if I paid cash. (That should have been a warning). Well, it was more of a "recolor" than a reseal. Took about 15 minutes. The material looked like black water and was applied with a squeege. He offered to come back next year and do it again for $800...no, ok $200. Don't think so. That's what it should have been THIS time.
