They are very honest and they told me what I could do to save some money if I needed to and they are just really honest. They are probably be the only ones I’m using anymore. AAlbuquerque Plumbing Heating & CoolingMarcos arrived right on time and was very polite and professional. He checked out the bathroom hot water valve that had been leaking for quite a while. He explained what he thought the problem was and that he had to go to the warehouse to get the necessary replacement parts and tools. I was a bit worried that this would make the job really expensive due to the extra time required. Marcos returned within 30 minutes and rebuilt the valves. The leak was better but still present. He removed the valves again and reset them and the leak was gone. We then asked him to also replace the tub faucet. He answered all our questions and concerns. When he first gave me the bill, he forgot the Angie's List discount. When I mentioned it, he quickly amended the bill. We were very pleased with our service. My only request would be an itemized bill where the parts and labor are listed out rather than combined.- J R B.

AM & R Plumbing ServiceExcellently. Daniel and Victor came to work on the problem. We were very fearful of a whole water line excavation, but they located the much simpler problem right away. They explained everything, gave a quote, discussed a replacement water softener if we were interested, but didn't push. They also fixed the broken faucet in the back of the house, which we relied on for watering our lawn and garden. Great work. Great attitude. Positive, professional, helpful.- Sandra N.

Yes it was difficult be he never did complain or anything. Well mannered and professional. We talked and joked around while working on the plumbing. And got the job done. AAdvanced American Construction Inc.From the beginning we met George, the owner of Advanced American, and he was courteous and up front about the challenges we faced with this extensive renovation. This is a vacation home and we expressed to George how important it was for us to be able to trust his team to work on unsupervised other than occasional inspections. We felt comfortable with George and his honest assessments and decided to move forward with the project. He is the kind of contractor that will tell you from the beginning how much something will cost and not surprise you later with charges for things that were more complex than expected. He is very frank about what is required and how much it will cost in order to do a quality job. He does not cut corners and would rather not perform the work than do subpar work that will lead to issues in the future. He won't sugar coat the difficulty of the work needed and will not draw you in with a low ball quote only to double it on the backend. He is very knowledgeable home construction overall and his team can really take on almost anything. George always picks up his phone or returns calls as soon as possible. We left many valuable items in the home and ordered many things to be received by his team and not one item went missing or was damaged in the home. He stands behind the work and with minimal supervision completed the project and met all of our expectations. We would highly recommend his services and are thankful for the time and effort put forth by his team.- VIctor A.

AGreg was amazing. We bought a vacation house and live 9 hours away. We had a very long list of things that needed to be done. We gave Greg the key to the house and he worked nonstop for weeks. Every day he would send pictures of the work he had done. He knocked out an entire list before we got there and then worked with me for days getting moved in. I honestly could not have done it without him. I am so grateful we found someone honest who never said he couldn't do something I needed done and he did a great job. HIGHLY recommend him and will be using him for many more projects now and in the future.

AI got home after a 12 plus hour day to discover water was leaking in my son's bedroom, and the water heater closet was soaked. I called and asked for help. Joe called me, and he was Awesome! He came right over, although it was late. He is very professional, cheerful, and personable! He managed to lift my very weary spirit while he was working. He figured out the problem right away, drained the tank, gave me an estimate. I will call in the morning to see how quickly the problem can be fixed. I have dealt with the owner in person in the past, Joe reflects the same customer care as his boss. I would recommend Daniels heating and cooling to anyone. Joe was exceptional. Daniels has helped me with service for many years and installed HVAC for me three years ago. thank you so much for being an exceptional service!

ANick quoted me a very reasonable price for a septic system on a new lot.he helped with the whole permit and inspection process. Once we had the permit in hand he only took two or three days to install the whole system. Based on that great experience I also had him hook up the electricity to the mobile home. He did that in a few days and worked through all the inspections to get it approved. I highly recommend Nick. I will be installing another mobile home next year and Nick will be definitely the person to do the septic work and the electrical work.

AWonderful! Beyond our expectations! We hired Advanced American to take over a remodel in progress that had gone very wrong. The professional crew came in, demolished the work in progress and began anew, repairing and installing correctly and professionally. The final outcome is demonstrative of work well done with care and pride. Mr. Chrzanowski and his crew are very professional, fully communicative, friendly and polite. The workmen were always punctual, kept working throughout the day, took care to clean up and work magic with their craft. Bwhen tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great
